Beautiful place, cozy rooms

Cons:

Staff. It was our 2nd time at this hotel. The first time, we thought that maybe they had new staff on training, so we gave them a second time. But just no. The hotel itself is beautiful and high standard. But the stuff working there is dragging the experience down. ( Some of them were nice and helpful, but most seemed like someone forced to work at this facility. Very rude and unhelpful)

Amazing
Pros:

Love the interiors and the food was amazing! Great breakfast with my first iPad juice and coffee (never seen it before, súper high tech). The dinner was delicious and the staff (especially the Argentinian ones) were wonderful!

Cons:

Couldn’t get the air on to work after having switched it off so the night was very hot, but the hotel offered free lunch as compensation
