Pros:

Buena ubicación y buen trato.

Cons:

El llavín de la puerta de la habitación estaba flojo.
Las sobrecamas y el paño de baño están demasiado viejos.
Cuando uno se baña, el agua se queda estancada varias horas.
La instalación eléctrica está expuesta.

Cons:

La habitación no se parecía a foto, la ducha daba toques eléctricos, El televisor demasiado pequeño y daba problemas para cambiar de canal. El aire acondicionado muy viejo y enfriaba poco. Las asistentes fueron a ver por una hendidura de la puerta y todavía a tocar si fumabamos cuando no fumamos. No ofrecieron agua, no había jabón del baño ni shampoo

Exactly as desired.
Pros:

A great location, and very safe; I left my door unlocked throughout my stay, and experienced no problems. The host is very friendly, and will offer help in English if required. Try the morning pupusa stall on the corner of Guillermo Cortez and Gabriela Mistral, which offers three pupusas and a coffee for $1.35.

Maria was nice.

Cons:

The floor was wet from the rain leaking from the main entrance almost fell twice . Room was up high had to carry my luggage up in the rain dangerous in the stairways room was upstairs.

Calm place, good night sleep, friendly staff

Cons:

Poor fridge space, very bad wifi, very poor comfort, very dark room or neighbours had full spectrum look into the room, poor value for the price.
