Please note that from September until May southwest road access to Geiranger from RV 63 Route may be closed due to the weather. Access is still possible on RV 63 from the north. Please contact the property for more information.

The hotel does not accept group bookings. When booking more than 6 rooms, please contact the hotel directly. Bookings of more than 6 rooms, may be canceled unless confirmed directly with the property.


The hotel is currently expanding, and there is an ongoing building proccess that will finish in October 2023. We therefore kindly inform that there will be some ongoing construction work around the hotel during the summer season. Most of the labor will happen inside the neighboring building and we believe that this will not be so disturbing for our staying guests. We are working close with the carpenters that the few "noisy" jobs will be done in the middle of the day, between check-out and check-in, when the hotel is as empty as possible, however we have taken this in consideration in terms of room prices until the work is finished. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

I wish to lodge a formal complaint against your hotel’s appalling service and rude management. We booked two standard double rooms and one superior balcony room which costs an extra 1,000 NOK. My friends received the standard rooms, while I was given the worst room in the hotel due to separate check-in times. The receptionist only moved me to the correct balcony room after I protested, and lied about upgrading my friends’ rooms. Neither friend’s room has a balcony, and they received no upgrades at all. The staff refused to apologise for her error and pre-emptively twisted the story to the boss of hotel. When I spoke to the boss, he refused to apologise, demanded I thank him for non-existent upgrades, and even said “stupid” to me. Such insulting, unprofessional behaviour has ruined our trip. I demand a written apology, internal staff investigation and compensation. Without a proper reply within 7 working days, I will report this to Norwegian tourism regulators and post negative reviews widely.
