Please note that from September until May southwest road access to Geiranger from RV 63 Route may be closed due to the weather. Access is still possible on RV 63 from the north. Please contact the property for more information.

The hotel does not accept group bookings. When booking more than 6 rooms, please contact the hotel directly. Bookings of more than 6 rooms, may be canceled unless confirmed directly with the property.


The hotel is currently expanding, and there is an ongoing building proccess that will finish in October 2023. We therefore kindly inform that there will be some ongoing construction work around the hotel during the summer season. Most of the labor will happen inside the neighboring building and we believe that this will not be so disturbing for our staying guests. We are working close with the carpenters that the few "noisy" jobs will be done in the middle of the day, between check-out and check-in, when the hotel is as empty as possible, however we have taken this in consideration in terms of room prices until the work is finished. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Great hotel on the fjord
Pros:

Everything! Great place! Spacious room with fjord view, fridge, very comfortable beds and nice, powerful shower. Excellent buffet breakfast (the best we had in Norway) with a lovely view. Dinner at the restaurant was also very good (We recommend the lamb…).

Beautiful
Pros:

Beautiful location. Balcony on the fjord. Staff was very helpful with my travel plans. Breakfast buffet was great; but the dinner menu was very limited-but still expensive.

Cons:

Parking. We had to park way down the hill in a secondary lot. Had to drag our luggage up the hill and then up a long ramp to get to an elevator

Pros:

Incredible views from the room, was not expecting a furnished balcony either. Restaurant and by extension breakfast was simply divine. The addition of a Jacuzzi was also a very welcomed sight.

Cons:

The toilet placement in the bathroom was very awkward and not comfortable, the shower/bathtub was also a bit lacking for the apparent level of quality of the hotel.
