Great location, great staff very clean.
It wasn't the hotel issue but an event was going on, and they set up the generator right outside my window the constant water truck delivery in the early am, with their compressor pump it was always noise outside in the early am and PM's in point just too loud always outside no peace

Location was amazing, room was very comfortable, check in & out was easy and they spoke English which was an added bonus. Water available in rooms and they had a lift (many places we have stayed we have had to lug our cases up the stairs).
They don’t do breakfast, which would have been a great option.

Tenia varias reservas estuve como 10 días, había solicitado una habitación en especifico con tiempo y al pagar mi última reserva no me quisieron dejar en la misma habitación qué ya estaba, aun ya llevando 10 días de estancia, Incluso tenia un mensaje de confirmación en booking que confirmaba debía pagara la habitación para continuar en la misma el.dia que comenzaba la reserva,y yo la estaba pagando 1 día antes y me dijeron que en la mañana y ya en la mañana bien tranquilos dicen que no que tenían otra pro para ahí que yo ebria cambiarme, explicándole que no podía y exponiendo las razones.
No tiene seriedad le mostré mi mensaje de bookin y la gerente ni caso le hiso,ya era hora de salida y yo tenia que hacer unos trámite y ella ni salía hasta que exigía le hablaran y mas perdí mi tiempo porque no me revolvió.
No soy un cliente nuevo llevo años quedándome así y siempre son estancia largas.
Nos encantó la ubicación pues están localizados en el zócalo de la ciudad, al lado de la catedral y del parque central. Como se trata de la zona turística de Puebla, hay muchos restaurantes, supermercados y sitios por visitar (a tres calles de la Capilla del Rosario, que debes visitar si te estas quedando en Puebla). El personal fue muy amable con nosotros, nos sugirieron buenos sitios para comer y tours a Cholula. Las instalaciones estuvieron impecables, y coinciden con las fotografías. La terraza fue sensacional, no solo puedes ver la catedral perfectamente, sino que ante un cielo despejado, del otro lado puedes ver el volcán Popocatépetl y el nevado Iztaccíhuatl.
Si se escucha el ruido de otras habitaciones y de los pasillos, sin embargo no tuvimos problema por esto. Visitamos el lugar iniciando primavera, entonces aun hace mucho frio en las noches, no tiene calefacción.
