Cons:

The air-conditioner. The fan mode is fixed which made the guests couldn't adjust it. It tooks longer time to feel cold inside the room.

If cleaner…i would say its the best i had in a while
Pros:

Bathroom dirty moldy..room smells like ciggarete…floor poorly mopped. Requested cleanup but did not change bedsheet and pillow case gotten dirty cos of the floor..omg please train your cleaners to clean..dont mop the whole level with a single bucket example…chromed tap water clean regularly…wall of the bathroom clean them well..dont let them moldy…i know its a budget hotel but dont make it a budget cleanliness…

Pros:

The bed and pillow was comfy, the aircond is maintained works very well its cold when u want it to be cold

Cons:

Dirty toilets, housekeeping didnt clean properly. I had to buy cleaning consumables and clean everything the toilet, sunk, mirror, door until thers no stain or mold, toilet bowl was dirty and seats were spoiled had to request tht for a replacement and they did. Overall i dont feel like anything is clean after i saw the toilet bowl, sink, and bathroom was dirty.

make sure yr room facilities is in a good condition, and make yr customer felt comfortable
Cons:

the room is not worth for the money we spent. the main door is difficult to open, the bathroom door make a bad noise everytime opened or closed. request for changing room, but got room that have no window like previous room, which i think not fair since the price is not same.
