Good for a short stay.
Pros:

Prime location and staff Bharat is very helpful

Cons:

Property being near to Dance bar , it is very noisy during the night. Rooms are not sound proof.

Enjoyable stay!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety that I really enjoyed. The young staff were friendly and kind, making the experience even better. My room was bright, super clean, and smelled fresh. The shower had excellent water pressure, which we appreciated, we would recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only downside was that the beds were very firm. However, this didn’t prevent us from having a good night's sleep. If you’re not a fan of super firm beds be aware of this!

Nice small hotel, great location with friendly helpful staff, easy to get to shops/restaurants.
Pros:

Great view from our room of the mountains, the room was a little old fashioned in style but the bathroom was modern. Great location - close to the main Lakeside area - on a side road. Did not seem to have any noisy traffic. there is no off road parking space so the taxi had to pull up in the road to unload. Staff were very helpful with excellent english - and the hotel had their own car/driver that we booked to go to the Peace Pagoda.

Cons:

Only niggle was that the roof terrance was out of action really as they were paining it (we were there in their off season )

The house cleaner team should be careful, and they should prepare the room for the client before.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

We arrived at 17.30 but had to wait until 18.30 to check in , as per rules we could check in after 14.00 but they didn’t clean and prepared our room before we arrived. That was really frustrating.
