Very clean, nice fresh breakfast, Sushant was super professional and is an absolute asset to the hotel. ‘granpa’ the driver was kind and ‘princess’ in reception never stopped smiling. I would do what you can to keep Sushant at the hotel as he rises about from staff I experience in other hotels.
This hotel has seen better days, but was an ok place for a night or two. Everyone who worked there was lovely, and the rooms were quiet

Great location in the heart of Lakeside. It was wonderful coming here after our trek as they had hot shower as well as laundry service. Friendly and helpful staff.
It is comfortable, clean and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and it was great being able to do washing there and being able to order room service.
However, our air conditioning didn’t work and continued to not work even after we had asked and they tried to fix it.

Rooms could be cleaner, service was basic, and lack of transparency on pricing (no invoice at checkout).
Centrally located hotel with a beautiful view of the lake. Very spacious and comfortable room. Friendly, polite, and attentive staff.
I would have liked to have a shower box inside the bathroom to avoid it flooding every time.

Bad location. Businesses nearby are dishonest fraudsters.
