We booked through Booking.com because we needed accommodation for our return trip to Bangkok. We stayed for two nights. Before booking, I read the comments and they mostly mentioned charges of 200 baht per towel for stains. The comments were very negative, but we still booked because the location was very central and not far from restaurants for dinner. Upon check-in, we didn't notice anything wrong. The reception staff were attentive and provided standard service. However, we were a little worried, so we filmed the check-in process, checked all the linens before entering the room, and waited until the end of the two nights before checking out. We didn't find any issues with the staff charging for stains, as we didn't cause any. In summary, the stay was excellent value for money. It was inexpensive and included breakfast. One day the breakfast was dumplings, the next day it was noodle soup with fruit, coffee, and boiled eggs. It was very worthwhile if you're not too picky; this is a great option.
Nothing just nervous all bad comments put for this place when booking but now after check out everything nice and also have lovely cat as receptionist 😍

I stayed for 2 nights with 3 person (extra paid 400 THB) , I got 1 set of plastic hair cap & cotton bud ( after that i asked for another one) no toothbrush ,And i wanted the maid to clean my room after 1 nights,but it wasn’t. the floor looked dirty like before. Can’t adjust air condition temperature, sometimes too cold sometimes too hot, it happened all the night. The wooden bed was loud every moved.
A great value! The hotel is very conveniently located with many eating options nearby. The rooms are basic but have everything one would need and very clean. Would certainly recommend.
Staffs are very kind and they gave me the useful maps which tell me the place where I have to go.
Amenities are few but this is not so big problem for me.

Simple set up with ample parking space and decent breakfast.
Rooms here are clean, spacious, and equipped with freezing temp air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Suitable for a night of relaxed without the need for excessive luxury. Another thing I liked was the complimentary snack bar in the room, where I could enjoy snacks for free. They also provided two complimentary bottles of water.
The things I didn’t like were the low water pressure, balconies connected to the walkway making it unsafe as anyone can pass by, unreliable internet connection, thin walls causing noise disturbance, and the breakfast only consisted of toast with jam and plain boiled rice.
