Best place to stay at Koh Lipe
Pros:

The moment you walked in you were welcomed with so much love and attention. The location is just perfect, 100 mts from the beach and away from the busy walking street. The place had a great vibe, great music and great lush garden. I really felt at home here. Loved that there was free water available.

Cons:

So many mosquitos!! Both in the room as restaurant. Also, being in the room or restaurant during the day was super hot (AC put off).

Pros:

It was set in a beautiful garden, and although quite close to the hustle & bustle of Walking Street, still felt very peaceful. Close to Sunrise beach too, which was lovely. Nice to relax in the hammock. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Nice big restaurant (although only open for breakfast & lunch) and a communal fridge, you could use (although, very full!).

Cons:

The rooms were much, much smaller than expected ... not much room to move around or put your cases! Would have preferred A/C, but actually the fan was absolutely fine at night (as long as you had it directed straight at you!). We were lucky enough to be on the end of the block of bungalows, so had a window as well as the glass doors ... I wonder if they might be a bit dark without a window.

Gorgeous accomodation, lovely staff, great location
Pros:

Really gorgeous accomodation and garden. Big fan of your own deck with a hammock. Great location, you can rent kayaks from sunrise beach which is a 4 min walk away. And everywhere else is also within walking distance. The restaurant on site is really lovely with lots of fans. We only had the breakfast there but it was delicious. Bathroom is big with good water pressure. The staff are so lovely and really helpful too!

Cons:

The rooms are a lot smaller than we expected, and there isn’t a lot of space to put yours bags and clothes. I’d recommend getting an air con room if you can.

Alles in einem perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft war direkt am sunrise Beach und nur wenige Minuten zum North Point. Das sind die mit Abstand schönsten Strände meiner bisherige thailand Reise!

Cons:

Ich war in einem der Mehrbettzimmer, welche man nicht abschließen kann, obwohl sie direkt am Café sind. Ausserdem kann man immer von außen reingucken. Privatsphäre ist nie gegeben.

Proximité de la a plage, et le jardin était très sympa

Cons:

Pas de climatisation ( simple ventilo en direct, de quoi tomber malade )
Pas de frigo, et surtout pas de coffre.
Logement collé aux autres, on entendrait presque les mouches du voisin voler.

Charming, Clean, and Unforgettable
Pros:

We were lucky to find three nights available at this hotel, and it turned out to be the most suitable and clean place on the island. The restaurant kitchen, which closes in the afternoon, is by far the cleanest we’ve seen on the island. I was impressed by the care given to the garden, which is watered daily, as well as the daily housekeeping and the overall atmosphere. It’s an idyllic place that will surely remain unforgettable for us. We highly recommend that guests arrange a hotel taxi from the ferry, it costs only 50 THB per person and makes the arrival effortless.

Hideaway is awesome
Pros:

Location was great.Staff are awesome..
A unique stay..Gilligans Island came to mind.. The restaurant menu is smallish but the food outstanding. Had the hot curry twice..so good..
Comfy bed under a net.. Hammock on the deck... Big bathroom. Room was small but definitely adequate. The fan did a good job on keeping the space cool.

Lage gut - Rest eher nicht. Schade!

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Schöner grüner Innenhof/Garten. Wasserspender.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut nicht. Null Servicegedanke, null Dienstleistungen. Nach Toilettenpapier musste aktiv gefragt werden, Mülleimer werden innen nicht geleert. Das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt. Es gibt nur 1 Handtuch und eine Handseife.
Der Bungalow ist sehr klein und wirklich mega dunkel. Sehr hellhörig. Der Preis dafür ist einfach wirklich komplett übertrieben. Frühstück nicht im Preis inkludiert. Es gibt viele bessere und günstigere Alternativen.
Wir würden definitiv nicht wieder kommen.
