We would like Breakfast to have a few more choices. Our room did not have a window. We had to open the balcony door to see daylight.
진짜 깔끔하더라. 로비부터 시작해서. 침구류 냄새 하나도 안나고. 방 컨디션 디게 좋구. 카트만두 호텔 가격이 워낙 싸다보니 꼼꼼히 안보면 통수 맞기 딱좋은데 여긴 그런거 없음 보이는데로임. 일단 방 컨디션 신경쓰는 사람들한테는 추천이야. 어메니티도 빵빵하게 나오고 엘베도 있어. 여튼 출장 많이 다녀본 입장에서 너무 안심되. 담에 또 오고 싶음. 물론 다른 더 좋은곳도 있을듯 하지만. 3만원에 이 퀄리티라니!!

Reception staff are excellent specially female staff.

The staff were very friendly. I particularly love the cheerfulness of the restaurant staff Arushi who puts a smile on our faces when we had breakfast. The reception staff Sadikshya was very pleasant to deal with. We had an issue with broken a/c and she arranged for us to move into another room. The manager Ram was very service oriented and always happy to assist with our questions. We had a good chat & I learnt a lot about Nepal.
The bathroom is big except that there’s no segregation between shower and toilet which meant that water from the shower has wet the floor around the toilet and basin. Making it slippery and a potential fall hazard.
The breakfast is ok and could be better as I compared it to another Kathmandu hotel we stayed at. To be fair that other one was a bit more expensive.
Excellent stay & service. Cooperative staff location of the hotel is right in thamel which makes everything smooth
