Pros:

スタッフが優しい
トイレが他のホテルに比べて綺麗です。
お湯が出る
喉が痛いと言ったら、スタッフさんが喉にいい飲み物を作ってくれた。

Pros:

Place is in middle of thamel but very comfortable and quiet.. Rooms are nice.. Bed is very comfortable.. Staffs are always ready to help.. They are very friendly.. I'll definitely comeback 😊

Amazing stay in kathmandu!
Pros:

Everything! The rooms are big and clean, the staff is xecellent, starting with the manager, Binod, Susmitha at reception, and all the rest i do not know the names of. Nothing is too much to ask, they helped me with recommandations, shopping, etc.
The location is also very good, just few hundred m away from the Thamel bazar, also the tourist atractions are an eqsy taxi ride away.
It was my second stay in this hotel amd i will aurely return!

Relaxing
Pros:

Very welcoming and helpful staff, they are always available to help you in any way durning your stay. The food service was so good, I never wanted to eat anywhere else. Beautiful rooms and interior.

I can’t think of anything. They really pay attention to all the details.

I enjoyed staying at HEKI and would highly recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to all the staff!
Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable at the hotel, almost like at home. The food was good and served with care. The airport pick-up was efficient. The location was convenient for my plans and the off-season price was very attractive.

Cons:

My room did not have the remote control for the TV set but I never had time to use it anyway. Some little parts of the interior may benefit from some refurbishing but this did not spoil the overall impression and was decent for the price.

Krótko, ale bardzo miło / Short but very nice
Pros:

To był krótki, ale bardzo miły pobyt. Hotel usytuowany w podwórku co pozytywnie odczuwały uszy :) Bardzo miła obsługa, czysty pokój. A Masala Tea? Rewelacyjna! Nie było problemu z pozostawieniem kilku rzeczy w depozycie na czas trekkingu.

It was a short but very nice stay. The hotel is located in the backyard, which was positively felt by the ears:) Very nice service, clean room. And Masala Tea? Sensational! There was no problem with leaving a few things in the deposit for the duration of the trekking.
