Pros:

Pleasant business hotel, located above a rather sparse mall on the outskirts of the town. Good for an overnight stop. Good breakfast ( with camel racing on the restaurant TV!)

Cons:

Limited facilities ( no pool for example) and an out of the way location, but clean with pleasant staff.

Lovely hotel in an interesting location in the beautiful Oman
Pros:

The room was huge and very comfortable.
The restaurant is ... acceptable, but a little bit expensive.
The SPA is nice and we had a wonderful one 1h massage.

الموقع و نظافة الغرف

Cons:

للأسف، لم تكن تجربتي على مستوى التوقعات المرتبطة بالفنادق ذات التصنيف العالي. عند استلام الغرفة في وقت متأخر، تبيّن وجود خلل واضح في صيانة مرافقها، حيث إن باب الحمام لا يُغلق بشكل سليم، وذلك مثبت وفق ما تم توثيقه. ورغم الإبلاغ، لم يتم التعامل مع الملاحظة بالشكل المهني المعتاد، سواء بالاعتذار أو عرض بديل مناسب كاستبدال الغرفة.

كما أن الحجز شمل وجبة الإفطار، إلا أنه عند الحضور قبل نهاية الوقت بمدة كافية، لوحظ نقص كبير في أصناف البوفيه وعدم إعادة تعبئتها، مع غياب المتابعة من مشرف الصالة، مما انعكس سلباً على جودة الخدمة المقدمة.

إضافة إلى ذلك، كان أسلوب تعامل موظف الاستقبال خلال الفترة الصباحية غير ملائم لطبيعة الموقف، حيث لم يتم تقديم حل فعّال، مع الاكتفاء بالإفادة بعدم وجود مدير مناوب، وهو ما لا يتماشى مع معايير الخدمة الفندقية الاحترافية.

بناءً على ما سبق، نأمل من إدارة الفندق مراجعة مستوى الجودة والالتزام بمعايير الضيافة المعتمدة، بما يضمن تحسين تجربة النزلاء مستقبلاً.

Modern, clean and convenient
Pros:

Modern and very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were very nice. Staff super friendly and helpful. Location above a mall was convenient for a business trip. Nothing liks a Lulu's in the hotel :) Parking easy and safe. Very convenient place. Excellent stay.

Cons:

It's definitely a business hotel in a mall/shopping area. Breakfast way to expensive.

Good for one night stay during the trip
Pros:

It’s the only normal hotel in Ibri. There is a mall with hypermarkef, kids fun center and a cinema. The staff is really helpful and the restaurant is of a good quality.

Cons:

Our 2bedroom suite had no real windows and was located along the staff corridor, very noisy during the night. You can hear what’s the staff is talking about and what is happening in the mall.
