الموظف محمد حسن ، مصري الجنسية اللي موجود في الليل قليل ادب جداً وغير محترم اسلوبه لايليق بشخص يعمل في فندق تجربة جداً فاشلة

زايرينكم من البحرين وتعبانين والموظف هذا كان قليل ادب الى ابعد درجة ممكنة

وايضاً خبرنا ان لايوجد حجز حجرة ستاندرد فقط سويت وبعدين اكتشفنا ان موجود حجز عن طريق الموقع الرسمي للفندق ولما سألته عن اسمه لرفع شكوى عليه كذب علي ايضاً وعطاني اسم غلط خبرني اسمه محمد مصطفى واتضح لاحقا ان اسمه محمد حسن ومصطفى هو اسم الشخص الاخر اللذي يعمل في وقت النهار
