Pros:

first holiday in Thailand (phuket) and I can say that it was a perfect holiday. after a long flight from england, we arrived in phuket at 10am. we went to the hotel where we had a reservation to leave our luggage and wait for 2pm to check in, but we had a surprise: at the hotel reception we had the pleasure of meeting the manager Mrs. Gaukhar, (a very calm, friendly person and ready to help with everything she could - she speaks fluent english). we presented her with our reservation number, and she offered us a place at a table with cold juices to wait for confirmation and verification of our documents.
After about 10 minutes, she told us that we could check in and that our room was ready. Thanks to her, our holiday started perfectly. We were very tired after an 18-hour flight and were very happy that we could go to our room to rest (much earlier than the time we were supposed to). We went to our room and we really liked what we saw: impeccable cleanliness, with a very nice smell, very comfortable beds, and a perfect bathroom with all the facilities (very good shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soft towels), everything was perfect.
I have been on many holidays with my family and I have stayed in many hotels but about this hotel I can say that it is 10 stars. Very clean with all possible facilities. Very rich breakfast, very clean swimming pool,every day we had the beds changed, soft and clean towels, the room washed. very clean dining room, perfect hygiene, nothing more to ask for, everything perfect. the staff of this hotel are very friendly, polite and ready at any time to offer any help. Congratulations, you are perfect in every way. I have already planned my next holiday and I can't wait to spend it at your hotel again. thank you

Досить новий і хороший готель, ціна відповідає якості, порівняно чисто, номер маленький, але є все необхідне.
Сніданки непогані, не найбільший вибір, але точно є що поїсти.
Тихий район, 10 хв до центру, 15 хв до пляжу.

Cons:

Не сподобалось ліжко, матрас дуже мʼякий і ми не могли виспатися.

Nice hotel, we came back few times.
Pros:

Nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Good location, big rooms, not too expensive, nice staff in the reception.

Cons:

I was disappointed that we didn't get any help with the luggage, and I was with little kids and old people. We needed this help, and I asked, but the receptionist told me that there is no option to help.
Also, the rooms didn't felt so clean. The floor were dirty, I felt it with my foot.
