Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. Please be informed that THB 1 may be charged while “check in” in order to validate the credit card.

Be very careful with this hotel. Something very serious happened to me during my stay. Housekeeping staff entered my room multiple times without my permission, even though I had informed reception and placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy. Worse, housekeeping staff took photos of my credit card, which is extremely alarming and appears to be an attempted theft or fraud. Additionally, the safe box in the room was broken and not working, and despite repeatedly requesting it to be fixed, the hotel completely ignored my requests. When I reported this to the reception manager, her name is Gaukhar Omarova, she was very rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. She refused to take responsibility and shockingly told me that it is “normal” for staff to enter rooms without guest permission, and that the hotel is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings. I also asked her to check the security cameras, and she claimed that the cameras are not working, which raises even more serious safety concerns. Is this really acceptable for a hotel listed on Booking.com!! Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value your safety and privacy.

Too much noise. Hotel should consider to seperate family and groups.
L'hotel est très bien situé dans un quartier typique de Patong avec des salons de massages, des buanderies et des restaurants. 15 minutes à pieds pour se rendre à la plage. Petite piscine pour se rafraichir et le déjeuner est très bon et varié
