Pros:

Достаточно тихое место, вилла была изолирована от соседних, это про большие виллы, маленькие в ряд стоят. Кондиционер работает исправно, есть кухня и кое-какая посуда. Расположение неплохое, до пляжа минут 10. Пляж Чай Чет, песок, очень мелкое море, там хорошо с маленькими детьми. Коммуникация с управляющими хорошая, бытовые проблемы решились легко.

Cons:

Достаточно усталая техника, матрасы очень продавлены. Если вы рассчитываете на диван в гостиной, то спать на нем невозможно, настолько он убит.
Для 2х человек хорошо, если втроем- уже проблематично.

Pros:

老板娘漂亮热情，房间阳光明媚，门外有个平台可以休息。

Cons:

地点稍微偏了一点，设施有些陈旧。最要紧的是有蚊子！租的车比外面贵，但是给了一辆旧车，刹车有点不够！

GENTE MUY DESAGRADABLE
Nada más llegar, nos quisieron engañar para que reservasemos un apartamento más caro 100 baths más por noche porque supuestamente para llegar al q habíamos reservado nosotros había llovido esos días y estaba con fango y resbaladizo, cosa que no era verdad.
El último día habíamos reservado el traslado a través de ellos y habíamos quedado a las 9:20 en recepción, a las 9:17 nos vino a buscar a la habitación muy desagradable y muy malas maneras para decirnos que la furgoneta estaba allí esperando y que saliesemos de ahi ya.
Nos quiso cobrar 50 baths por un trapo sucio.
Cocina súper pequeña e incómoda.

Fine mold resort
Pros:

The water ran hot for a while. The property OUTSIDE was maintained well.

Cons:

The staff do not clean underneath the beds , closet spaces or fridge which attracted ants while during our stay. There is mold all along the borders of the bathroom and toilet. Just use bleach to clean it.
Please sweep underneath the bed and fix the electrical.
They advertised motorbikes to rent and didnt have any available.
