Great location with a beach and a pool.
They didn’t respond to Booking.com messages only to emails directly to them.
Le staff est adorable et le le lagon est splendide. La petite piscine est très bien. On m'a donné la chambre 2H00 de plus sans payer le jour de mon départ. Sincèrement, si je reviens c'est pour le staff.
Le frigo. Il n'est pas froid. Mais il y a un service de glaçons au bar de l'hôtel. Et à l'entrée des chambre, il y a un endroit ou on peu mettre dans une gourde de l'eau très fraîche.
Lovely, breakfast buffet, where you can go out on the beach… and the friendly staff handled all the transfers really well.
And the Polynesian show was fantastic on Saturday night… Including the buffet, well worth the prices
I was very disappointed with the snorkeling in front of the hotel. All the coral is dead, and the water is very cloudy looking… Not sure where the wastewater goes either, time to upgrade
La plage et le ponton sont très agréables, les tables du restaurant sur le sable.
L’établissement est trop sombre : le restaurant, les chambres où il faut revoir l’éclairage et les peintures ! Cela donne un environnement un peu vieillot et triste .

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement en bord de mer, la chambre confortable, la salle de restaurant, les extérieurs soignés et le personnel disponible et souriant.
Un petit bémol pour les oreillers trop épais et durs.
Der Strand! Das ist das absolute Highlight und einfach das, was man sich von einem Hotel auf Bora Bora vorstellt! die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, gross, jedoch sehr alt.
Das Restaurant! Die Qualität ist wirklich schlecht, das Essen schmeckt nicht und die Buffets sind wirklich mies. Zum einen das Frühstücksbüffet. Die Auswahl ist mager, lieblos präsentiert und häufig fehlt etwas. Das gebuchte Buffet mit Tanz am Mittwochabend war kulinarisch eine Katastrophe und keinen Franc wert.
Das Personal ist freundlich, aber langsam und unaufmerksam.

Le personnel à l’accueil ainsi que celui du restaurant et du bar est vraiment exceptionnel. Ce sont des personnes très formidables et très gentille concernant l’hôtel il correspond totalement à ses photos et est très sympa pour un séjour
Ottimo hotel, in perfette condizioni, pulitissimo, stanze grandi e lussuose, acqua calda a volontà , letto comodo e gigante, bella spiaggia, ottima posizione, 15 minuti a piedi dalla splendida spiaggia di Matira, 5-15 minuti a piedi ottimi ristoranti e supermercato.
Unica nota negativa il cibo: scarso per qualità, varietà e quantità

Personale gentile e molto disponibile.
Ha una spiaggia privata molto carina con un ottimo punto mare.
Le stanze sono molto accoglienti anche se trovavamo continuamente molti vermicelli girare per la stanza ( ne prendevamo a decine ogni giorno ).
Sull’isola sono presenti molti galli che alle 4 del mattino cominciano a cantare disturbando il sonno, alcuni anche fuori dalla finestra o dalla porta.
Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo mangiato molto bene con il menù alla carta, un po’ meno buono il cibo offerto durante la serata tipica polinesiana a buffet, molto bravi però i ragazzi che hanno suonato e ballato.
Il posto è consigliatissimo.
