Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel à Bora Bora et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’hôtel est très agréable, l’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de l’île et du cadre magnifique. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant qui était vraiment excellent, nous nous sommes régalés ! Le personnel était accueillant et l’ambiance très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Le petit déjeuner était très correct, la situation géographique de l'hotel était parfaite , très proche de la plage de Matira.

L’accueil n’était absolument pas à la hauteur du prix payé. Le personnel s’est montré peu accueillant et peu aimable tout au long du séjour. À notre arrivée, on nous a simplement remis la carte de la chambre sans aucune explication, en nous laissant chercher seuls notre chambre, située à l’extérieur de l’autre côté de la route.
Le petit-déjeuner était également décevant et ne correspondait pas au standing attendu. Lors du service, nos commandes étaient régulièrement oubliées.
Enfin, au moment du départ, nous nous sommes presque fait réprimander parce que le bagagiste avait déposé nos valises au mauvais endroit.
Nous étions pourtant un groupe d’une vingtaine de personnes, mais nous avons eu le sentiment d’être mis dehors plutôt que pris en charge correctement.
Heureusement que nous avions réservé l’autre partie de notre séjour à Bora dans un autre hôtel sans cela nous aurions été déçu du voyage .
La piscine et la plage privée de l’hôtel sont un atout. Le service de navette jusqu’à l’aéroport est un vrai plus

Beach is nice
We were fooled! Pics made it look like bungalows on or next to the beach. They're across the street from the office. We are seniors, the clerk gave us a room that was the farthest to walk to. Not nice!! Good thing he didn't give us an upstairs room. I did also mention on check out that our bathroom did not have a simple toilet paper holder. Give me a break! $350 a night? The place looks the same from when it first opened. Reinvest! A few more negatives, But you're not going to listen anyways. Sad. Buffet at dinner and breakfast are sub par and expensive. We moved down the street to the Inter Continental over the water bungalows. Staff were friendly in the dining room.

This older hotel sits on the most beautiful beach in Bora Bora , they have really nice beach furniture and lots of towels, there is an infinity pool just before the beach ..they provide a free breakfast buffet which is not the norm for a lower end hotel .. the rooms are large but dated , big bathroom with lots of hot water …I would stay here just for the beach and the small grocery store about 500ft down the road..convenient , they have a huge dock that all your activities come by boat to pick you up..the food is good , not great , good burgers and a bar right by the infinity pool ,all their glasses are nice plastic so you can take them to the beach ..the staff is super sweet and helpful …when you are on the beach think about the people paying $4K a night and Royal Bora Bora has a better beach

Rooms are of a good size, clean, everything worked. A/c worked very well. Staff is just great.
Supermarket just 2 mins walk, pizza joint about 5mins. Private beach is beautiful
No toilet brush. No toilet roll holder!! Tv had only 2 stations working sometimes. If storm, no tv. Internet is very slow most if the times.
Pool is nice! I just dont get why they have nit cut the bushes, and you could see the ocean feom the pool. It would look much better, and would be less work for the hotel
