The room was filthy, dirty bed sheets, with stains, the roof was damaged by a precious leak, the bathroom was crusty. With water pooling around a Dirty sink, dirty toilet and gross shower. I genuinely do not believe this room had been cleaned following the previous guests departure.

When we brought this to the attention of staff we were met with disinterest and unhelpfulness. No solution or room change was provided and we ultimately decided to leave early. The team member told us to contact booking.com for a refund, which we did however the property are in responsive to booking.com and myself. Please do be prepared if you are booking this place that the room may be a very different quality to what you see online.

Stanza fatiscente, con umidità muffa infiltrazioni d'acqua, doccia rotta e puzza di fogna, insetti morti lenzuola strappate. La stanza si affacciava di fronte ad una sorta di discarica. Non corrispondeva alle foto della prenotazione.

The place was really dirty. The bathroom hadn't even been cleaned when we got there. There were previous guests' piss all over the toilet (they did clean it once we asked them to).
The sheets were stained and torn, and we found some fake eyelashes from a previous guest glued to the bed headboard.
We had some cookies in our backpack, and we got invaded by ants within a couple of hours of our arrival.
The floor and floormats were also really dirty and dusty. The room always had a wet smell.

this place needs to be demolished we booked this last minute when we arrived we saw our room and didn’t even check in the place was full of mould there were insects running around in the bedroom and the floor the sheets had what looked to be diarrhoea stains and Bed Bugs towels look like they hadn’t been washed in 20 years we told the receptionist we would not be checking in and asked for a refund which they refused. We then moved to another hotel. Do not waste your money. It’s also quite pricey compared to surrounding accommodation, they charge us £58 for the one night that we had booked and refused to give a refund even though we didn’t even put our cases in the room.

The place is in the middle of ruined houses around. Better to close eyes to not see all this shit.

You make us believe its a nice place, you should not advertice this kind of place for lodging. My family didn't sleep at all our first night, its a horrible place to live. This room should be demolished & don't let anyone be a next victim.

Det luktade illa i vårat rum, A/Cn väsnades väldigt mycket, behövde sova med öronproppar. På vägen till rummet var de hundbajs och fågelbajs överallt.
När jag påpekade för personalen att det luktade illa i rummet så erbjöd dom mig ett annat, men de luktade illa där med tyvärr.

Une climatisation trop bruyante comme un tracteur allumé dans une salle de 4 m².
Une douche n’existante obligé de se laver dans un seau. Et inondation dans la chambre en raison, des fortes pluies et surtout de fissures dans les murs.
