Restaurant zeer zwak.(wil beleefd blijven)
De bar rond het zwembad gaat open van 16 tot 21u. Maar wees gerust er is bijna nooit iemand aanwezig. Wat niet vermeld staat is dat je fysieke conditie prima moet zijn. Trappen stijl omhoog. Enkel de kamer is prima, de rest is niets. Valt ook niets te beleven in de omgeving. Je moet toch 3,5km verder gaan om degelijk restaurants te vinden, in het hotel is het echt niet goed.

The staff are helpful and attentive. Facilities, sea views & food were good.

Cons:

Property on steep hill. Need to climb heaps of steps to get to property. Difficult to access with luggages. Not suitable for disabled, elderly people. No lift. Property too far away from White Beach. No beach access.

3. No advance Notice after we book supposedly the Does & Don'ts Notice well send us immediately so that we are
aware what we should bring in our travel.
4. They are Not accommodating our own recipe.

Overall, we enjoyed the room and facilities
Pros:

We like the pool and the view. The rooms were nice as well

Cons:

The location is remote and far from other restaurants which is needed because the kitchen is not always open 24/7. The tuktuks do not always take us up the main entrance so we always climb the stairs from the bottom.

Pros:

The King Suite was big and roomy. Very clean and cozy. Very friendly helpful staff and good food!! Good AC and big TV. There's also a nice private beach you can visit near the hotel, if you don't want to go all the way to White Beach.

Cons:

Long stairs leading up to the hotel. Some green flakes coming from pipes in the bathtub. Just let the water flow a while for it to go away before bath. You have to connect your phone to the TV to watch Netflix.

Sehr schönes Hotel aber etwas kompliziert.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Minuten von White Beach und damit vom Trubel entfernt. Es liegt erhöht, weshalb man einen tollen Blick auf Meer und Berge hat. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung.
In der Nähe des Hotels sind 2 sehr gute und sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants: Analyn und Fhaye Moss.
Der nächste Strand ist nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.
Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Dusche und Toilette getrennt. Es war ruhig im Haus.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt war hier und da etwas kompliziert. Zimmerservice haben wir erst auf unsere Bitte erhalten. Unseren Schlüssel mussten wir für die Zeit im Hotel lassen. Morgens einfach entspannt im Hotel frühstücken, gestaltet sich ebenfalls etwas zeitintensiv. Am besten ist es am Vortag das Frühstück vorzubestellen. Man hat die Möglichkeit zwischen 3-4 Optionen zu wählen. Dazu bekommt man Instantkaffee oder O-Saft. Möchte man Brühkaffee oder ähnliches muss dies zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Jede weitere Änderung des Frühstücks ebenfalls. Bestellt wird an der Rezeption, nicht am Tisch. Da wir nicht vorbestellt haben, hätten wir eine halbe Stunde Wartezeit gehabt, da zuerst die Gäste bedient wurden, die vorbestellt haben. Wir haben uns dann für ein Frühstück außerhalb entschieden.
Im Zimmer fehlte leider eine Möglichkeit die nassen Badesachen vernünftig aufzuhängen. Einen Föhn bekommt man auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption.
Das Waschbecken war im Zimmer integriert. Leider fehlten dort Haken um die genutzten Handtücher aufzuhängen. Wir hatten ein Fenster zu einem kleinen Balkon raus. Es gab jedoch keinen direkten Zugang vom Zimmer oder Balkonmöbel. Schade.

A relaxing holiday that gives that feeling that you want to return.
Pros:

The pool was beautiful and gave a spectacular view on its surroundings. The balcony to have breakfast had an even better view on the sea. The staff looked after us very well and were proactive. Their special welcome drink was a treat. We never felt overcrowded by other guests as there was enough space for everyone.

Super friendly and very helpful staff. The pool is very nice to relax in and the location is nice and quiet, ideal for resting. The room I was in was big and the beds are nice and comfortable. Good air con.
