We were given the wrong room. We booked 1 Deluxe and 1 Double however we were given 2 Double rooms and no compensation was given.
Big spaces and beds.
The room smells bad and old. Glad we didnt stay long.

Once we got to the hotel, our reserved room at the booking app was not the same as what was recorded in their system.
The room, toilet, and even the aircon smells terrible. I will never recommend choosing Reddoorz hotels.

when i left
i booked this place on booking.com, but when i arrived to the property, they claimed the rooms i reserved where singles even though half my family was there and i chose the family room + mine, the hotel lobby was hot so ontop of them denying to check us in we had to sit in that boilker of a fd and sweat my balls off. They charged us twice, it charged my card after they listed us as a no show even though we were physically there and have the receipts nd proof to confirm this fact. they demanded we pay for the rooms in person so we did. we paid twice essentially and didnt even get the type of room i booked, they gave me the dirtiest, crappiest room they had, one wihout hot water and an ancient relic they considered a tv... it was byfar the worst hotel i stayed at throughout my vacation.
