mySTAY Hotel BGC East

Sometime the tv would just turn off or when you turn it on will show no service. For Netflix you need to log in through your account

The hotel was cheap but the area it was in had a very busy street and very loud when trying to get to sleep. There wasn't daily room cleaning I had to search for the people to take out the trash and get towels.

That the Bathroom is so small and so different when booking from the app. The Bed is not properly cleaned. The sheets are stained and uncomfortable. The location is very crowded and noisy. Far from the real BGC

The photo that was shown on the site didn't correspond to what we booked. The hotel was one of the branches of the hotel and they showed the picture of the higher standard of their hotel. Even though we booked for a couple - the bed was ok for a couple of nights. We couldn't move around...no table lamps, no closets (just a rack to hang a couple of clothes/jackets) We can't open our 2 lugagges. The bathroom was tiny - a shower (the water wasn't even properly running most of the times), the sink and toilet can't be used as it was installed right near the shower. Breakfast was served in plastic lunch boxes, in our room (as they have no dining tables). We only had it once...the 1st time it almost cold and told us to heat it in the microwave on another floor. They advertised pool use.. but you have to reserve it and it was located in another hotel (about 10 mins. by car). The surroundings outside the hotel looked rather shady and the local staff suggested not to walk around after a 6hpm. This room is good for people passing thru and are stuck for some reasons in the airport...as it's only 30 mins by car.

I přes nízká očekávání velikosti pokoje,... to bylo ještě horší - pokoj hrozně malý, hned při vstupu jsme cítili plíseň, takové otlučené, neopečovávané,... koupelna tak malá, že jste se mohli naráz sprchovat, mýt ruce a být na wc. Ale jak říkám, na přespání to jde, nepříjmená byla hlavně ta plíseň no. Snídani ráno (nevim teda podle čeho, nikdo se nás ani nezeptal na čas) roznáší v boxu do pokoje, ale teda za nás vůbec nepůsobila vábně, takže jsme jí před dlouhým letem raději vynechali :D
