So uncomfortable. Please guys just clean the room.

The picture is very different from reality. In the picture, it looks clean, but in reality, it is very dirty. The room smells bad and unpleasant. It looks untidy and sticky. I even had to buy an air freshener. The management should check the cleanliness of the rooms. The room itself is still in good condition; only the cleanliness is the problem. The linens smell like they haven’t been changed, which makes it very uncomfortable. There were no towels or toiletries—I had to go down and ask for them. The staff assigned in the morning is not approachable—they should undergo training.

Budget hotel at the cost of comfort.

Cons:

Dirty, smelly, small, broken towel handle, have cockroach, ceilings have moulds, elevator is near to its end. Towels provided were already very worn, the bed sheets have torn.
