Pros:

Good comfortable bed and good location. Other than that everything else sucks.

Cons:

The hot water piping system SUCKS. Most of the time you don't get hot water, you need to adjust the temperature many times before you get hot water, but once hot water comes, it became TOO HOT and the hot water will become cold again. VERY inconsistent hot water pipe system.

Lovely and Comfortable
Pros:

This was not my first stay at Casa 33, and once again, everything was amazing. I absolutely love the hotel — from the room, ambience, and amenities to the exceptional staff.

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had an incident where my husband accidentally left his phone in a tuk tuk. They stayed with us late into the night and went above and beyond to assist us until we were able to contact Grab HQ and reach the driver. We will always remember their kindness and dedication — they were truly incredible.

I would definitely come back again for the comfort, hospitality, and wonderful experience.

Cute hotel with very comfortable mattress
Pros:

I stayed for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The design of the hotel is beautiful and gives the place a very stylish, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily return.

Cons:

I wish there was a safety box.

WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL
Pros:

Amazing stay! Staff was friendly and they made sure we were comfortable. The hotel is spotless, everything is super clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy and soft too, making it hard to wake up in the morning :D

Cons:

Nothing at all!

Great stay.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and friendly from start to end. My room is on an upper floor and the staff helped carry my luggage upstairs. The room is exactly as in the pictures on their website; clean, aesthetically pleasing, large enough for one and very homely. I really appreciate the daily housekeeping. There is a cafe in front of the lobby which serves great coffee and your typical brunch food. There is a couple of laundromats and a 7-11 within walking distance. I also only realised too late that there is an adorable cat working on the premises. ^^

Cons:

The bathroom was quite small, the hotel location was at the edge of the city centre and they should replace the TV remote control in my room since you can't read the labels on it anymore.

Very clean and nice hotel
Pros:

Hotel is small and clean, trendy design and friendly staff. I didn't realised the lady staff who on duty sunday about 9.30am, she was sweeping the floor at lobby but she over heard me and my friend discussed where to have hatyai fried chicken. She then give us a few suggestion and explain why she chooses that.

Cons:

Parking slightly small and narrow but still acceptable if other user park their vehicle nicely.
