Would not stay here again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Wifi working well. Breakfast small but yes, ok.

Cons:

No phone in the room, meaning at every pb you need to REdress and run to the front desk, with an elevator slow as hell. Shower has no water, you need to REdress and run to the front desk. Once they put the water on, extremely hard to select a lukewarm temperature, it's either too cold either too hot. Toilet lack a seat, you just barely seat on that thing. Toilet flush does not work. Rooms have zero window. Rooms have so very few power sockets, actually I think it was only 1. Rooms are very small, even if you pay for an upgraded one. In front of the room mirror, the hard furniture holding the light, is "exactly" at human height. Meaning as you look down, looking on the small desk underneath that mirror, I banged my head on that very sharp and pointy angle a few times, so very painful grrrr why on Earth do they do that.

the breakfast was just fair and the location is good.

Cons:

when we arrived at the hotel, me and my husband was assiged to a roon where i didnt feel comfortable. the room was stinky and the floor seemed needs renovation. the aircon is terrible, very noisy as heat is absorbed by the room through the window. its was horrible and we webt down to the reception to complain. he told us that they decided to assign us in that room because the wifi is poorly working in the other room. we insisted to transfer into a comfortable room. they transfer us and i was really expecting that there were no available room that’s why they assigned us into a horrible room. we paid to get thw best and comfortable room. hopefully, next time they wont do the same thing to us or to any other guest because it is not fair.

Cost was a bit high for what you got.
Pros:

Room was decent, kind of modern feel. It had a frig and the TV worked. They did have a decent restaurant downstairs, food wasn't bad. Staff were helpful and nice.

Cons:

bathroom needed cleaning, cobwebs on the ceiling, and some maintenance around sink area. I had requested over the net for airport drop-off but apparently the driver needs to be informed with plenty of time, so we loaded up a trike and off we went for half the price.

Why give a door key when after locking it you could open it just by turning the knobb outside?

The owner made entrepreneur beginners error being shortshigtedly greedy when I requested van transport for next morning from hotel to Victoria port by asking for it PHP 5.000 with hotels own van, which I accepted for certain reason. Exactly same day 2023 I PHP 1.400 for equal private trip Catarman Airport to Allen port :D

So the happy hotel chap charged 3,57 times more than normal :D :D. That behavior will result in short time win, long time loss.
