Clean But Lacking
Pros:

Clean.

Cons:

The sink is clogged. The phone don't work . Some electric outlet don't work. We booked for 2 but the towel and drinking glass they provided is for 1 pax only. The price at booking.com is not updated, more than the price if you just paid at the property as walk in.
You could get a much nicer place with a price of Php 1,900.00 per night.

Cons:

Almost everything.Nothing good to say. Staff didn't care too much, service non exsistant. We booked twin beds, but given room with duoble bed, when asked, reluctantly they gave bigger room with 2 beds.

Needs to improve facility of this hotel because it has a huge potential
Pros:

proximity to the city,restaurant and convenient stores

Cons:

The room I stayed is not equipped to accept guest. There is no toilet seat, the sink tap is loose, the bathroom door is not locking, no blanket provided aside from red top cover and there was no breakfast included in the booking although I was not asked if I wanted it included when I booked and realised upon checking out that if you book onsite, all rooms includes breakfast.
