Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
Pros:

The owner of the unit was very prompt to reply to our concerns and was very friendly. It didn't take long for the staff to come up and assist us. Also, the view was great! We didn't have the time to use the pool and the playground though. The location was also very convenient as we wanted easier access to MOA and NAIA, especially if you have kids and senior citizens with you like I did. Thanks to the owner for her overwhelming patience in handling our issues, and apologies for the disturbance that my kids may have caused to other residents.

A good place to stay if you are looking for budget friendly.
Pros:

I've been using sea residence I have been with two different agent and rooms it's the 1st time I am satisfied with cleanliness wise,responded fast,i was able to reach them right away!but you could improve with blankets tho!since its with ac try to put a bit thicker blanket!all in all if i would be able to use a condotel,or Airbnb you should try kings of Kings.

Good condo for two people.
Cons:

It's close to the mall of Asia but not walking distance. Short stay just one night but the room was ok. King was helpful to his quest.

Old unit. Good location and swimming pool.
Pros:

Location, swimming pool is big plus. Near the Mall of Asia. Airco in the room.

Cons:

Bathroom smells of strong cleaning product to mask the smell of the drainage in the shower. The wall is pealing off. The walls and bathroom need an upgrade.

Pros:

Mycket bra läge. Ca 15 min med taxi från flygplatsen. Gigantiskt köpcentrum precis över gatan. Bra kommunikation och enkel själv check-in

Cons:

Vi var 5 personer och alla skulle ha egen sovplats/säng. Vi fick ett rum för 2 med dubbelsäng och soffa i vardagsrummet. Det fanns 2 mycket tunna extea madrasser som precis fick plats i rummet. Fanns kuddar men inte filtar och badhanddukar till alla. Kökets rör luktade mycket illa.
