Unfortunate that I booked for my family to stay
Pros:

It was closer to my relatives.

Cons:

Almost everything! Not worth to book with them. They never reply to your messages. They define cleanliness opposite to clean people describe it. No point of having a TV if they can only provide 1 working channel!

Cons:

We were frustrated on our stay here. We are exhausted from a long travel, yet we experienced the worst possible case of being a traveller, we thought we could rest comfortably but we didn't. We are sweating all night because of the ac, instead of making the room temp cold, it was the opposite. All of us are tired that time. It was the worst stay ever. Never again.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is good. Near banks, restaurants and gas stations. Drugstore as well.

Cons:

They said hot water, there is no provision for hot water. Wifi is very very bad. The room smells awful. The main door is broken. Definitely not a value for money.

Cons:

i did not get my de luxe room as what i had booked and give me the twin room instead! and never change my room till I check out. not clean my room for 5 days. No elec kettle and cups if you want to drink coffee or tea. Dripping water when it rains.

It totally sucked, and was the worst place I stayed in my 3 trips to the Philippines.

They tried to charge me more money after paying through Booking.com. They failed to divulge there were no TVs available in any of the rooms. we specifically choose this “Resort” because of all the amenities offered. We brought our 10 year old nephew with the promise he could swim in the pool. But, when we arrived at 7 pm they told us the already cleaned the pool, and we could not use it. All they were doing was skimming the pool. The had no record of our reservation. So I brought it up on my phone. When we opened the door to our room,the biggest cockroach I ever saw came running straight at us. I asked for another room, and was given a room equally as bad. The rating on this place was 4.5 stars, and was the worst hotel experience I ever had to endure. It was a total waste of time and money.
