Pros:

The staff are very good and welcoming especially in the restaurant. The rooms were big and spacious.

Cons:

There was a wifi issue. I needed to print something important but the hotel could not help at all. Avoid if coming for business and you need a stable internet connection. It was advertised as free transport to G-mall but that service is not available.

I like the play because I can run outside (morning and evening) !here's a gym equipment

Expecting buffet breakfast but in my first day it's plated, the next day is buffet.

Waiter - Robert is very good.

Cons:

I checked in early and informed the front desk about my booking thru online. I knew that I can't get the room yet coz the check in time is 2pm. When I arrived 430pm the front desk officer didn't prepare my room key yet and asked me again an information, ID which the previous FD officer got it.

When I'm about to get im my room 8Q the key card isn't working, 2x i keep going down to tell them that my key card isn't working. They called the maintenance then when I went back in the evening I can't open again the new key card issued plus the aircon has leaked and water falls in bed.
