Nice option if travelling with (or without) pets in Phayao
Pros:

The bungalow style room was super cute, I liked that he had like a separate area like a garden but it was actually enclosed

The staff are super kind, we were scared of a spider in our room (even if it was not dangerous at all) and they kindly moved us to another room after trying to catch him

Cons:

Nothing it was all good :)

Cons:

Refrigerator has smell due to maid forgot to clear the fruit. Air conditioner were on and off at 3 am so cannot continue to sleep so we had sleep deprivation. Also washing sink had problem. So unhappy to stay

always condition your stay after checking the rooms for hot water , and bearable smells.
Pros:

strong cigarettes odor from the bathroom,
then an impossible chocking spray odor. we had the doors open.

Pros:

Cigarettes smell oozing from the bathroom. Then a killer spray abnoxious chocker. Did this visit very troubling:One to see a policemen smokes in his room in the middle of the hoopla in our stinking roomm.. I wouldn't call this a proper handling of the hotels rooms rules hanging all over. It is potentially a very nice place. I hope after this review the staff will enforce rules better.

I would ask the hotel to better informe customers of their leniency in enforcing no smoking rule .
