For the front office staff. Please be more accommodating, so that even if the room and amenities does not meet the guest

Theres hair on the floor. The water in the shower smells bad

Pros:

its near to medical center where i wanted to have my medical examination going abroad. ehat i like most is they have elevator. the bed and pillow is comfortable .. the floor is clean . and table .. only basic.

Cons:

its not really clean into details .. no free soap and shampoo ... need to invest in toiletries if they wanted to go to next level
