Wonderful Stay at the Carlito.
Pros:

It's a beautiful Boutique Hotel with a French Theme. It looks wonderful and is classy and elegant. The room was very big and spacious and the views were good of the Lake and Volcano from the Room. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the views from the rooftop were fabulous.The breakfast was really nice and enjoyable.

Cons:

As said previously the main road outside is noisy and we could hear the neighbors occasionally, but this wasn't a big problem.

Séjour sympathique et agréable
Pros:

Bel hôtel , chambre spacieuse et lumineuse, matelas confort parfait, personnel agréable , accessoires sdb sympathiques

Cons:

Salle de bain vieillotte avec baignoire et rideau , il y avait des cheveux qui étaient restés dedans à l’arrivée , le standing de la sdb ne correspond pas avec celui de la chambre

We arrived 2 hours before check-in time. W
hile waiting we had lunch in their restaurant and we sat outside in their terrace and my husband legs turns black because of their dirty chairs.
Not well equipped for handicap person(70yrs old cannot climb on stairs, elevator is not working properly. not allowed to bring food and restaurant is close at 6pm. Stain on bedsheet is discusting we asked them to changed (it is payable if client make stain on their bedsheet). As i saw french words on their wall i thought we are going to have french quality but that is only for decoration nothing is french inside. This is very noisy 4 stars hotel we can hear cars and doors banging. Not allowed to take photo of the bed/BED ROOM and bathroom STRANGE! I cannot share the photo of stains and more...

Unglaublich tolles Personal an der Rezeption! Angenehme Zimmer, in zentraler Lage!
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist aussergewöhnlich! Alleine dafür, vergebe ich ein sehr gut! Sie waren bei der Organisation meiner Weiterreise unglaublich hilfreich!
Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, auch die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Der Anzeige Nachteil; ich hatte ein strassenseitiges Zimmer!

This was one of the best stays we had. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations, and the staff’s professionalism and friendliness made us feel welcome from the start. The relaxed atmosphere and smooth check-in/check-out made everything even better. It will do. Decent choice in Tagaytay.
Pros:

Great staff and good breakfast. We had semi- buffet during our stay. It will depend on how many guests are checked in. It could be ala carte, semi buffet or buffet. It’s close to the city and other attractions via car.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was dirty. I could tell that the bathroom floor was not mopped properly as I could see black stains. I removed the black stains myself with a wet tissue and towel. The safe was broken but this was easily resolved. The room facing my taal was noisy because the room was also facing the highway. Not good for light sleeper such as myself.

A great location, with friendly & helpful staff. Rooftop access for wonderful views. Super breakfast and nice rooms.
Pros:

Loved the location, lots of options for food and the malls which are an easy walk down the road; although you can ask the guard at the hotel to help you with transport if you want. It had rooftop access with a great view of Taal volcano & the lake. The breakfasts were really nice in their cafe & the staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotels interior aesthetic is quite elegant, especially in the lobby & everything is clean in the high traffic areas of the hotel.

Cons:

In regards to the room; upon closer inspection I did find there to be quite a build up of dirt in some places which appeared to have not been cleaned in a considerable amount of time. However this didn’t really bother me.

However the bed had some stains on the fitted sheet, beneath the duvet. As well as the towels which were in the bathroom. The vanity pack which was in the bathroom also had dirt on the interior of it, so I avoided using that.
I decided to sleep on top of the duvet & used the few towels that weren’t stained.
