Good location. Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The check in process was simple and efficient. The staff were also accommodating and helpful in pointing our basic amenities such as requesting for pitcher of water, directions to the room, and details about available menu for meals. Plus, the location, which is very convenient, makes any inconvenience that I have experienced quite trivial. The main point after all of booking this room is because of its location. And in that this place checks the main box.

Cons:

I think a lot of the things that I did not like about this place is actually beyond the control of the property. For one, while the location is optimal, it is prone to a lot of urban noise coming from the neighboring properties. Also, the traffic outside tends to be sluggish. Other than these, and the slight inconvenience of locating my room (a number of turns and staircases), it was a very good stay.

Good value, close to SM mall, great room options for 3 people
Pros:

We didn't eat breakfast at the property. I had an early flight out of ILO and needed to get to the airport. The room was perfect for myself and 2 other friends. There was a queen sized bed and a twin sized bed in the room. The shower area was large and it worked well. The location was good, not far from the SM mall, but we didn't check in until after 8 pm and the mall was soon to close.

Cons:

Everything about the property was fine. But outside the property, the streets were a bit trashy. We needed to do a 5-10 minute walk to get to the nearest restaurant. The only 2 restaurants we could see from the hotel were McDonalds and Jollybee, which in my opinion are both mediocre and not really what we were looking for. The SM mall wasn't too far of a walk either, but it was closed after 9 pm.
