Overall, it was a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in comfort and security features.
Pros:

The location was convenient and accessible, which made it easy for us to get around. The staff were accommodating and responsive when we had requests.

Cons:

However, the room itself was quite warm—we had to request a fan just to make it more comfortable, as the ventilation wasn’t sufficient. There was also only one available socket in the room, so bringing an extension cord is highly recommended. For those concerned with security, take note that there were no visible CCTVs in the hallway outside the room.

The room is very poor over all. Rating 2 stars .
Pros:

The stuff are nice and they always smile

Cons:

Poor aircondition, no cable, water smell iron, standard room cost 1,400 pesos a day but very small and no amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste , tissue paper, soap, towel only 1 etc
I only like the bed is comfy .

Pros:

Location, it’s along McArthur highway and accessible to transportation.

Cons:

Upon check in, they only accept cash which is understandable. It’s very cheap but don’t expect too much because they don’t have lobby to accommodate guests while waiting. I booked family room which can accommodate 6 pax but upon entering the room, towels are only 3 pcs as well as blankets (1 pax per sheet). They don’t even have free toiletries and free WIFI which I expect for a Reddoorz room. Water heater is broken and they don’t have extra outlet so we also brought extension cord. Unbelievable!

Im disappointed with the facilities and amenities of the hotel.
Pros:

Cheap rates for a 3 bed room.

Cons:

The water smells rusty. The aircon is not cooling well. The sink is broken, the toilet bowl flush is broken, the water heater is not working. There is no wifi.
