Pros:

First and foremost, the staff were nice and friendly. The room was a good size, and at face value, was very decent with a large, comfortable bed.
The location is good, close to the tail end of the Makati madness, but far enough away that it was very quiet, quite hard to find something like that in Manila. It's also close to the Rockwell complex which has a few upper end bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The cleaners could have made more of an effort, we found a tube of toothpaste on the floor, and the whole room and bathroom just weren't cleaned that well. The bedsheets were clean, but a bit stained. There was a weird smell coming from the drains too,.

Spacious, comfortable rooms centrally located between shopping, sightseeing and night-life.
Pros:

A spacious room in a hotel that is a 10-15 minute walk to the offsite gym (free access for hotel guests) P Burgos St, the Power Plant Mall and Pasig River. The hotel is ideal for a 2- 3 day stay to explore the more interesting (adult) side of Manila nightlife nearby as well as other interesting places.

Cons:

My room was on floor 5 but the elevetor stops at level 3. (You will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs.) The bedsheet and towels were stained and need to be replaced. The bedhead also has damage that needs to be repaired or replaced. The low water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed.

Nice and quiet place in the Center wth. Gym.
Pros:

I liked the friendly team and the option of early check-in. The room was tidy, sufficiently large, well equipped, and even provided water and coffee.

I really liked being able to use the nearby gym.
It was a great facility that I enjoyed using.
I thought the location was good.

See you next time.

Pros:

The deluxe double room is a good worth for your money. It's big, spacious.

Cons:

It wasn't my first time staying there and I noticed cockroaches in the bathroom, they would also come out of the bathroom at night. This hotel got worse with every passing year.

I love the idea that they have loft type apartments. To be honest one pf the cleanest boutique hotels that I have been.
