A true slice of 90’s vibe.
Pros:

My brother and I had most wonderful stay at Cocoloco., station 3 for 10 days.
It is truly a slice of 90’s atmosphere, bamboo, wooden furniture, cozyness, laid back.
The bar is the heart of Cocoloco a hangout place where you meet like minded travellers young and older.
Vincent is a star, welcoming, making the best drinks with a laugh and a joke. But also the whole team is tight and love their job.
The Rooms are a bit further in the back, spacious, clean, good beds, good shower. All one needs.
The bar is right up the beach which it all makes even more exotic.

Cons:

Breakfast, good in itself, could be more varied.
Just one cup of coffee and powder orange juice falls a bit short.

Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend!!! Immer am lächeln und mit allen Fragen hilfsbereit. :) Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, man hat seine Ruhe und man kommt in kurzer Zeit ins Geschehen.

L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato è stata la disponibilità e la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception di nome NIKKI che è stata gentile e disponibile.
Camera abbastanza grande ma acqua tiepida se non quasi fredda ma passabile...
Costi delle bevande nel frigo a quasi il doppio del 7eleven a parità di bevanda.

Cons:

Pessimi prezzi del ristorante per non parlare dei tempi di attesa che se non fosse per aver pagato durante la prenotazione la colazione non avremo mai fatto lì per poi non parlare dei pankake non cotti e serviti ancora da terminare la cottura e poi si sulla spiaggia ma se ne trovano un infinita aggiungendo 50/60 euro a parità di durata del soggiorno insomma non ci tornerei e non lo consiglio.
Per poi non parlare del wifi pessimo instabile insomma dovendo tornare a Boracay andrei altrove

Low price beachfront no thrills
Pros:

The front is nearby beach. The bar/restaurant is nice to hang out can see the sunset. The staff turned the fan and pointed it at me which kept me cool. That was thoughtful.

Cons:

The room was clean but far up 3 flights of outdoor stairs. I had a good nights sleep in the room but its not a room you want to hang out in. If you are older or handicapped or drunk you would not pick this room, be careful booking make sure you get a room closer to the front.

Ruhige Unterkunft mit guter Lage, Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage am südlichen Teil des Strandes, an dem nicht so viel los ist. Trotzdem fußläufig alles gut zu erreichen. Die Hotelanlage sieht anders aus als die Bar/das Restaurant, der Fokus ist auf den schönen und ordentlichen Garten bzw. die Pflanzen gelegt, die Anlage wirkt sehr ordentlich und schön.
Kostenlose Liegen am Strand unter schönen Bäumen.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Badezimmer riecht teilweise unangenehm.
Matratze riecht muffig und zeigt teilweise schwarze Flecken/Punkte.
Zimmer wirkt klamm.
Alle Holzmöbel im Zimmer waren von Holzwurm befallen (frische Sägespäne).
Frühstück sehr Basic, vegetarische Auswahl im Restaurant sehr klein. Gar kein Veganes Angebot auf der Karte.
