It's decent for the money you pay
Pros:

They dont serve breakfasf were staying at Annex side but can gef breakfasf anywhere or across the street since the location is close by to everything.

Cons:

I wish they serve complementary coffee .

It was an ok stay
Pros:

We ate breakfast at main hotel, it was great, coffee was great.

Cons:

Bed is hard, room was noisy, no coffee pot in the room, and room was small

I was so pleased with my stay at the Annex, Id be anxious to stay anywhere else in Surigao City if or when I come back. Exceeded my expectations based on tourist traffic and city size. Thank you for having me!

It was alright. Apart from the bathroom, everything else was serviceable
Pros:

The statf were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was all good. It's also located nearby other establishment which is nice in terms of accessibility.

Cons:

The bathroom was my only gripe during our stay. It only had one toilet paper and the shower was faulty.
