Price is very reasonable. View on the 4th floor is excellent.
Bathroom stalls on the 4th flr is small, really small.

You get what you pay for, so don't get high expectations. The room was ok, the toilet/shower not so much. The owner was friendly though. Very difficult to find also. It shows incorrectly both on G Maps and Booking.com. I'll add a screenshot for you to have a better idea for the location, as the phone number didn't work either
No food in the property but can be accessed nearby and location lack of signages to locate.
