Cons:

Заранее бронировал отель. Представитель отеля подтвердил ее. Более того, после мы обсудили, что я прибуду в гостиницу в 22 часа. Отель снова подтвердил это.
Прилетаю я впервые в Банкок, еду на такси в отель. На ресепшене мне говорят, что нет брони: за окном ночь, я в чужой стране, в Новом для меня оргомном Банкоке, ночью, с вещами на улице….

я нашел другое жилье, но букинг.ком больше не вызвает моего доверия
