Lovely quiet room and pool located very central to nearby shops and restaurants
Pros:

Very good location, shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. Lovely quiet pool area and a relaxing stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the cleanliness of the room and bed sheets

Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, großer Bungalow mit Tisch und Stühlen vor der Tür, schöner Pool. Für mich war die Lage perfekt, nicht direkt mittendrin, aber doch fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Cons:

Alles ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.
Kacheln am Pool platzen ab, wenn man drauf sitzt. Neben dem Pool lagen irgendwelche Kissen, die dort trockneten? Es wirkte alles etwas vernachlässigt.

Cons:

It is very loud! Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper- rooster in the farm next door cockadoodledos from about 2:30 in the morning onwards to about 8am. The school next door has morning announcements at 7am which includes music playing from loud speakers for a good half an hour and then band practice! The shower doesnt heat up no matter how much you try. We are not picky guests at all but we feel like the reviews don’t accurately reflect this hotel! As semi light sleepers we never would have picked this if someone had mentioned the noise!

Lekker geslapen want het huisje was prima en het was rustig
Pros:

Rustig, lekker zwembad, aardig huisje.
Veel ruimte. Elke dag schoonmaak als je erom gevraagd had ook schone handdoeken.

Cons:

Ontbijt, buitenkeuken met brood en jam en zelf koffie maken.
Geen beveiliging.

Top! Goede locatie en lekker zwembad. Heerlijk rustig gelegen en dicht bij het centrum op 1 minuut lopen.

Good value for money, great location
Pros:

Well located but quiet at the same time. Easy walking distance from cafes, restaurants, scooter hire, bars and laundry services and an easy drive to famous sunset spots. Enjoyed the pool to cool off. There is a communal outside area where I think you cam help yourself to bread for toast and make coffee, but we didn't partake. Bed was reasonably comfortable but a little on the hard side.

Cons:

The resort could do with some TLC, but overall it's great value for money. I think you have to ask to have your room cleaned. When I wanted fresh towels, I just left them outside and they were swapped quickly. There is a large school next door and subsequently there is some noise like band practice, but we personally didn't mind.

Ideal for Couples
Pros:

Location , Friendly Staff , near everything but out the way also from the party side of it. I’d recommend for a couple staying in Pai.

Cons:

Property could do with a general bit of TLC not the end of the world. Next to a school which can be noisy in the mornings but property can’t help this so I wouldn’t worry.

La localisation, on est à 6-7 minutes à pied des 2 rues animées le soir dans la ville ce qui permet d’en profiter sans être dérangé par la suite quand on veut.
À proximité d’un grand axe routier pour pouvoir partir en scooter dans les environs.

Cons:

La chambre en elle-même est davantage à favoriser pour une location longue durée que pour deux trois nuits

Kan ermee door, want locatie erg goed.
Pros:

De locatie is goed. Snelle wandeling naar avondmarkt en restaurants etc. Rustig gelegen. Geen last van de muziek van de bars. Lekker zitje voor je huisje.
Gratis koffie en water. Alles was schoon genoeg. Douche is ok. Ontvangst door vriendelijk meisje.

Cons:

Stopcontacten niet bruikbaar. Bijna alle stopcontacten houden niet en stekkers vallen eruit. De kraan zat zo los dat je die met wat onhandigheid in de handen zou hebben. Bedden erg hard. Het is muffig. Ongezellig (maar dat is niet zo belangrijk)
