Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel schon öfter gebucht und es hat ein sehr gutes Frühstück und eine außergewöhnlich gute Küche. Das Schwimmbad ist auch sehr gut und die Öffnungszeiten ermöglichen es, dass man vor dem Frühstücken schwimmen gehen kann.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen Renovierungsstau. Die Bäder (Armaturen) sind schlecht und die Matratzen müssen dringend erneuert werden.

Ein Hotel für Gäste, die gute Küche lieben und kleine Kompromisse in Kauf nehmen
Pros:

Schöner Spa mit warmem Wasser!
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Servicekräfte sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Das Schloss ist echt alt und authentisch.

Cons:

Teuerste Kategorie gebucht und Ein Zimmer mit 2,20 Raumhöhe unter dem Dach erhalten, Bett nur 1,40 breit. Fliesen im Bad t.T. lose bzw. kaputt.
Im ganzen Haus ist erheblicher Renovierungsbedarf und alt geht auch sauberer.
Cappuccino zum Frühstück sollte zumindest gegen Extraentgeld ermöglicht werden.
Internetzugang war nur teilweise vorhanden.

Bardzo dobre miejsce na krótki i dłuższy pobyt. Pałac w pięknej okolicy. Duży park jest gdzie pospacerować. Wnętrze z klimatem. Jedzonko świetne.

Es war sehr schön!
Pros:

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen. Unterkunft und Essen waren sehr gut. Staniszow ist echt eine Reise wert.

Wonderful old world charm❤️
Pros:

The authenticity of the place. Unlike some other palaces - Staniszów was not re-built to resemble the original - it’s simply the “real thing”. It’s imperfect faded elegance however is amply offset by the luxurious, large pool, the comfort of the rooms, the English Garden surrounding the complex and not the least - the excellent and fairly priced cuisine based on the fresh, local ingredients. One of the few unique places in this area of Poland. Very comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your wishes.

Ogólnie pobyt wpominamy miło ... nawet planujemy powrót :+)
Pros:

Obiekt o mocno historycznym charakterze. Pałacyk położony w miejscowości przylegającej do Jeleniej Góry - lokalizacja spełniająca oczekiwania - spokojnie i bardzo klimatowo. Strefa wellness i SPA w osobnym budynku - nie jest to uciążliwe latem - ale w chłodne dni już może być. Basen duży i z ciepłą wodą. Strefa saun w piwnicy pod basenem - duże 2 działające sauny (parowa i fińska) i jedna nieczynna - też sucha. Na duży plus zasługuje okolica pałacu - spory park ze stawem i dużo trawników oraz kort tenisowy. W sumie okolica bardzo urokliwa i pozwalająca na aktywny i "leniwy" odpoczynek.

Cons:

Pałacyk ma "swój klimat" i do tego trzeba się przyzwyczaić - np. klucz do naszego pokoju to zwykły klucz piórowy - a w pokoju brak sejfu. W obiekcie jest ponoć Wi-Fi ale Pan na recepcji mówi na wejściu że słabo działa ... a zasięgu trzeba szukać na zewnątrz budynku. Obiekt na swój klimat - trochę starawo i muzealnie ... jak ktoś szuka ***** i high-tech to nie tu :+). Duży minus to taras przy budynku basenowym z zewnętrznym jacuzzi - deski tarasu są tak powypaczane że jak się nie uważa to można wywinąć orła. Co do parkingu to jest on niewielki i trzeba "walczyć" o miejsce parkingowe po każdym powrocie do hotelu. Śniadania smaczne ale brak opisu podanych potraw oraz zdarzało się że potrawy przynoszono np. pół godziny po otwarciu śniadania - a raz nawet nie było ciepłych posiłków ... bo kucharz wieczorem rozmontował palniki gazowe ... Ogólnie to atmosfera w restauracji jest "bardzo luźna" - Panie z obsługi bez żenady wymieniają między sobą opinie i swoje niezadowolenie ze stosunków panujących w pracy. Trzeba uważać na pokoje wychodzące na tył budynku na czerwony budynek z wieżyczką - pod oknami w nocy odbywają się zakrapiane spotkania a okna nie zamkniesz bo nie ma klimy - mocna uwaga do obsługi załatwi sprawę ... ale przecież nie o to chodzi. Ciężko było czasem zastać kogoś w recepcji ... dostępne (o ile właśnie są ...) szlafroki są tylko w jednym (dużym rozmiarze) i ręczniki na basenie też często tylko małe. Restauracyjne menu niezbyt obszerne i cenowo to raczej wyższa półka - ale smacznie :+)

Super Lage in einem historischen Ambiente super Frühstück und tolle Gerichte.
Pros:

Super Lage, altes geschichtsträchtiges Hotel mit super Küche. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war bemüht aber etwas überfordert alle Gäste zu bedienen. Ab 22.00 Uhr in der Saison keine Bar mehr geöffnet.
Die Außenanlagen am Schwimmbad müsste dringend aufgearbeitet werden, der Holzfussboden verrottet und ist locker, das man sich verletzen kann

Hotel ve starém stylu v krásném klidném prostředí. Jezdíme sem opakovaně. K hotelu patří krásný velký krytý bazén, kde můžete pobývat v případě nepříznivého počasí. Oceňuji i výbornou kuchyni v hotelové restauraci a milý personál.

wspaniały dla koneserów
Pros:

autentyzm tego miejsca przewyższa wszelkie oczekiwania - najlepszy tego typu obiekt w kraju. Przypomina historyczne pałace we Francji _ nadal prywatnie używane starodawne miejsca. Koneserskie miejsce zarówno jeśli chodzi o wystrój, kuchnię jak i otoczenie.
