Balconies and pretty good sized shower. Gets the job done if you need a quick place to stay.
Location isn't close to anything, especially public transportation. Zero facilities in the room, except for a tv. No mini refrigerator, microwave, anything. Booking.com says you can do laundry here but you cannot. You will definitely hear music and bowling noise from the attached establishment next door, really bad on the weekends.

This time nothing.
I stayed here many times and usually the staff are very nice.
I know there's a disco club and sometimes you can hear the music from your room but usually they give me rooms far away from the club and I have no problems with sleeping, even, the previous time I stayed here I was closer to the club and couldn't sleep because of the loud music and the bass shaking the room, so I approached the reception and the lady that was this day apologized and gave me a different room from which I couldn't hear any noise and sleep good, that was nice from her side and what a good receptionist would do.
I'm my recent stay. The receptionist (first time I see her) was very mean from the very beginning whole doing the check in. I had again a room close to the club and after one hour without falling asleep. I went to reception to ask to change the room cause of the loud music and her answer was "music stops at 6am" Laughing with satisfaction. I told her doesn't answer my question so she said everything was booked while keep laughing. That was definitely a lie. I made a last minute reservation and booking.com showed with plenty of empty rooms.
And even if it wasn't a lie, she could just not laugh or make fun of my situation. After all I had to wake up at 7.30 and I was sleep deprived for the whole day. I'm not staying in tarnowskie gory to do tourism.
I really hope she will not be allowed to work by herself anymore, people like this are not self reliant.
