Pros:

Everything else is simply excellent. I especially like the spa and the swimming pool. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is quite good.

Cons:

Large groups often stay at the hotel and sometimes have parties, so it can be noisy at night. It would be great if earplugs were available in the rooms or at the reception.

Pros:

Rozległy teren wokół hotelu, przyjazne, czyściutkie kotki, bardzo fajne spa, przemiła obsługa (!!!), pyszne smakołyki w restauracji, przestronny pokój.

Cons:

Drobiazg ale jeden wieczór był zepsuty przez bardzo hałaśliwą grupę pań, które nie szanowały obecności innych gości i darły się do późnych godzin nocnych na korytarzach hotelowych i w swoich na oścież otwartych pokojach. W SPA też puszczały muzykę z telefonów i były bardzo głośne. Poradziłam sobie z nimi w końcu, ale nie mogłam w tym dużym ośrodku namierzyć nocą obsługi żeby mnie wsparła.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji Szyszka, personel miły i pomocny

lokalizacja w bardzo zacisznym miejscu,wokół las, można odpocząć, brak zasięgu w telefonie działa na korzyść tym, co chcą uciec od zgiełku

w pokoju były zakurzone meble i zasuszone owady. Wyglądało, jakby pokój był posprzątany, ale nie używany jakiś czas i nie odświeżony przed przyjazdem gości
