Śniadania duży wybór pyszne. Lokalizacja wszędzie blisko

Cons:

Na miejscu okazało się, że część basenów nie działa, formą rekompensaty były vouchery do pobliskiego aqua parku który lata świetności ma już za sobą, hotel mógł wymyślić inną formę rekompensaty. Panie w recepcji może więcej uśmiechu...

Pros:

Największym atutem hotelu jest jego lokalizacja

Cons:

Mimo dwóch klimatyzatorów w pokoju to żaden nie działał (pokój na poddaszu, więc mimo stosunkowo niskich temperatur słońce bardzo nagrzewało pokój), pizzeria czynna jedynie w weekend, hotel chwali się parkiem wodnym, który jak się okazało po przyjeździe do hotelu w większości jest nieczynny (główny basen z atrakcjami osuszony, jedyne jaccuzi na zewnątrz, a jedyny dostępny basen miał tak zimną wodę, że dzieci po kilkunastu minutach same chciały już wracać do pokoju). O ograniczeniu w działaniu basenu informowała jedynie lakoniczna kartka w pokoju, która jako rekompensatę proponowała 20% upust na zabiegi w SPA - niestety dzieciom nie udało się wybrać żadnego interesujacego zabiegu... Sala zabaw owszem całkiem dobrze wyposażona, ale jej wielkość niestety nie sprawdziła się w momencie gdy w hotelu było kilka rodzin...

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, duży wybór, niczego nie brakuje! Pokój o dobrym standardzie, nie było słychać osób z korytarza i innych pokoi. Fajne miejsce na zewnątrz do posiedzenia.

Cons:

Pani w recepcji nie poinformowała o konieczności rezerwacji np. groty silnej, kompletnie nie ogarniała fakturowania. Jacuzzi akurat było w remoncie. Łazienka w 4osobowym pokoju mikroskopijna, tylko jeden recznik/os. Zwykle w hotelach każdy dostaje dwa.

Słabo i jeszcze raz slabo!

W porządku był tylko basen

Cons:

Oczywiście Booking tak jak często bywa nie podaje prawdy i na miejscu trzeba dopłacić 30 zł za dobę za parking. Na stronie ani słowa na ten temat a to 6% więcej niż w umowie.
Co do samego hotelu to nie dziwię się że ludzie nie chcą spędzać urlopu w kraju.
Zacznę od banalnej rzeczy ale papier toaletowy- tylko pół rolki dla dwóch osób, wiem że można poprosić ale czy to na tym polega żeby cały hotel o tym wiedział. Śpię często w teoretycznie gorszych hotelach i zawsze są w łazience 2-3 rolki.
Teraz śniadanie bo to totalna tragedia. Niby wydawane do 10.00 ale o 9.30 to tak naprawdę zostały tylko talerze do wylizania i to dosłownie, po jajkach w majonezie zostałem sam majonez! Trochę jajecznicy, kilka plasterków marnej wędliny i kilka plasterków pomodora. Serio, nawet gdybym był o 7.00 to też dramat w wyborze. Generalnie nie po to jest urlop żeby zrywać się o świcie żeby móc coś zjeść. Jeśli śniadanie jest do 10.00 to dania powinny być w pelnym zakresie również do 10.00, przypominam że to pokój za ponad 500 zł za dobę.
Niby są wewnętrzne jacuzzi ale oczywiście żadne nieczynne a w tym zewnętrznym była taka gorąca woda że poparzyłem stopę. Kuźwa tam są też małe dzieci i nikt tego nie kontroluje przecież ktoś mógł się naprawdę poparzyć!!! Obsłudze również brakowało uśmiechu - no jedynie azjatycki pokojowy ciągle uśmiechnięty. Cóż jaki hotel takie nastroje.
Ogólnie za te pieniądze to szukajcie innych hoteli ten nie jest wart nawet połowy swojej ceny.
