Cons:

V den příjezdu nám na recepci oznámili, že večeře bude pouze do 18 hodin. Původní zaslaná informace byla, že jsou večeře do 19. hodin. Den před příjezdem, přišla informace, že se v hotelu mohou konat noční akce spojené s pořádáním konferencí a že někteří hosté mohou pociťovat hlukovou nepohodu. Tuto NEPOHODU jsme pociťovali až do 3 hodin do rána, duněním diskotéky. Takže se opravdu nedalo spát. Myslím, že by měl hotel doslova oznámit, že jde o hlučnou diskotéku pořádanou až do 3 hodin do rána a to ihned po rezervaci s možností zrušení. Nejela bych sem.

4 gwiazdki - rozczarowują. Tak dla grup i eventów. Klient indywidualny słabo.
Cons:

1.Brak oznaczenia na wyjściu że to jest hotel i recepcja.
Reklamy KGHM zasłaniały całe wejście.
2. W trakcie trwania imprezy KGHM brak wydzielonych stolików w restauracji dla konsumentów indywidualnych.
3. Strefa basenowa trzeba zejść dwa piętra schodami do basenu.
4. Strefa basenowa za zimna woda w basenach. Brak zasłon w prysznicach.
Strefa saun za ciasna, brak przebieralni.
5. Bardzo słabe śniadanie jak na 4 gwiazdki.
6. Personel na recepcji przez brak wiedzy podaje złe informacje np. Przedłużenie doby hotelowej.
7. Brak podjazdu pod hotel na rozpakowanie bagażu.
8. Duża ilość grup autobusowych i szkoleń klient indywidualny jest traktowany jak na 4 gwiazdki gorzej niż grupy zorganizowane.

Cudowny, relaksujący pobyt w pięknym miejscu – idealny czas na odpoczynek, relaks i spędzenie czasu z najbliższymi. ❤️
Pros:

Najbardziej podobała nam się atmosfera hotelu, piękne i zadbane wnętrza, strefa SPA oraz bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Dużym plusem była również lokalizacja – idealna na spokojny wypoczynek i spacery po Kudowie-Zdroju. Śniadania były bardzo różnorodne i pyszne, a cały pobyt pozwolił nam naprawdę odpocząć.

Cons:

Nie mamy większych uwag. Pobyt spełnił nasze oczekiwania i z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie.
