Pobyt ogólnie udany, gdyby standard pokoju odpowiadał 4* wystawiłabym wyższą ocenę

Piękne mury pałacu, zadbany i okazały park, bardzo dobre śniadania, luksusowy basen oraz bajeczna strefa saun, na plus także spokój,cisza, brak tłumów gości, poczucie kameralności w tak dużym kompleksie

Cons:

Zdecydowanie na minus standard pokoju, który absolutnie nie odpowiada 4 gwiazdkom ( stare wyposażenie, ciężko rozkładająca się sofa (dostawka),która dodatkowo wewnątrz była zakurzona. Mamy także mieszane uczucia na temat obsługi , niektóre osoby były miłe i uczynne , jednak spotkaliśmy się także z nietaktownym zachowaniem personelu.

Nie sposób zapomnieć, że jest się jednak w samym środku ukochanej ojczyzny.
Pros:

Lokalizacja - między niczym a niczym. Jakość jedzenia - ok. Na śniadaniu poprosiłem o omlet (jak to w hotelu), na co od charyzmatycznego pana kucharza otrzymałem kategoryczną odmowę.

Cons:

Przyjechaliśmy tam z myślą o relaksie w spa i masażach. Z całego wachlarza usług, który na stronie prezentował się imponująco (a szczegóły miały być na miejscu) okazało się, że można z wielkim trudem zamówić jeden, i to na niecałą godzinę, bardzo konkretną i to w bynajmniej nie promocyjnej, a bardzo słonej cenie. Miała być stajnia, ale koniki akurat wyszły :(
