Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa klienta
Pros:

Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa klienta przez pracownika recepcji. Bardzo dziękuję Pani, która w dniu mojego przyjazdu była na recepcji hotelowej za zaangażowanie i pomoc. Śniadanie ok. w formie bufetu szwedzkiego. Lokalizacja hotelu poza centrum, ale blisko hotelu jest przystanek autobusu miejskiego skomunikowany z centrum miasta. Połączenia z centrum to zaledwie kilkanaście minut. Powrót także jest bez problemów.

Pros:

Śniadania bardzo smaczne, czysto w obiekcie.

Cons:

Brak możliwości uchylenia nie mówiąc o otwarciu okna w pokoju. Światło w łazience zapalane na czujkę co w nocy było pewną niedogodnością dla mnie. Pokój dość głośny.

Pros:

Dobra lokalizacja, darmowy parking. Blisko stacji benzynowej. Bardzo ciepło w pokoju.

Cons:

Bardzo słabe śniadanie. O godzinie 8.30 zastałem resztki, brak jajecznicy, brak pomidorów. Itd.

Loved it and would definitely go again
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Hotel always clean and tidy.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Not a huge amount for vegetarians and fruit options limited

Nice little hotel, some limitations but would stay again.
Pros:

The beds were comfy, the shower was decent and the (evening) restaurant food was really good. Having free access to a proper commercial gym was a bonus for us. The sports bar / restaurant next door was also excellent.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small if there's 2 of you and you're staying more than a couple of nights. The restaurant doesn't open until 2pm so you can't really get lunch. Breakfast was quite limited and a little variable from day to day. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere unless you have a car (although the sports bar next door is a good option for eating). We struggled to find parking a couple of times when getting back later, as the hotel car park is small and the car park outside the hotel is busy in the evenings.

Great location for what we needed with comfortable rooms and lovely facilities
Pros:

Liked the power of the shower, the options of places to eat, local supermarket & gym snd sauna were fantastic. Dinner was really good quality to.

Cons:

The sauna not open until mid morning, the closure of restaurant and bar at 10 and having to ask for a kettle. We also didn’t realise we needed to put a sign on the door to have room cleaned, new towels as we didn’t read all the paperwork in the room.
