Very strategic location, near Songkhla Night Market and clock tower, and 7 Eleven is just beside the hotel, very convenient to buy some snacks or drinks when you need.
The room is also very big, sound proof, didn't hear any noise while sleeping in the room. The reception staff can speak English, and it's very nice that they let you check in early, very good service.
Need to prepare 500 baht cash deposit, will refund when you check out.

Very modern, very clean, and very comfy bed with a big room.
I loved our stay here until checkout, when the staff ruined the entire experience for me. The beach at Songkhla has a lot of black sand, which got onto one of the small hand towels when drying off after a shower. It simply washes out in a normal wash as I got it out of my shorts easily with just a rub, however they tried to deduct from our deposit stating “their mother says it needed dry cleaning”, for a single hand towel. The staff were rude and unhelpful at this point, just kept stating the deposit had to be taken. Because I had to get a train, I had no option but to accept. Underhanded tactics really ruined a very nice hotel.
The housekeeping staff that was incharge of our floor was so friendly, we stayed there for a week and she replenished our amenities everyday. Location was overall good, there's a 7 eleven right next to it. Room was clean
The staffs doesn't know any english and they INSISTED for a deposit even though you already paid fully for the room( we arrived late to the hotel btw) which was inconvenience for us. We were also not informed of the gym or any facilities they had
Close to train station and night market so good stopover.
Nobody there at 9pm for check in. I had to call and wait. 4th floor with NO elevator. Strong sewage smells in bathroom. Not worth it.
The fact that it is new, one would have rather high expectation and it delivered on all fronts. Everything clean and well presented. Room big and simple with all you need, not overdone. Staff were very helpful and hotel very well located.
