Hotel nie pierwszej młodości, ale daje radę. Ma własny parking i jest w samym centrum miasta. Bardzo dobre śniadania już od 7:30(co ważne dla wędrowców)oraz miły personel.
Brak suszarki do włosów i kosmetyków.
Znakomita lokalizacja hotelu, tuż przy deptaku. Duży parking, czystość w pokoju i dobre śniadania.
Zbyt małe pomieszczenie gdzie serwowano śniadania.
+ świetna lokalizacja, w centrum Polanicy, ale też tak trochę w zakątku;
+ wygodny duży parking pod samym hotelem (z tyłu, idealnie);
- duży teren z trawą i placem zabaw;
+ przestronny wygodny pokój, urządzony ze smakiem (zresztą tak jak cały budynek), na podłodze parkiety, ogólnie ładnie, a do tego wygodnie, są przy drzwiach wieszaki typu haczyki, ale jest i szafa, biureczko, szuflady itp., a jak człowiekowi się nie chce wypakowywać, bo jest np. na jedną noc, to wystarczająco dużo miejsca, żeby sobie rozłożyć walizkę, wystarczająca ilość gniazdek elektrycznych pod ręką, generalnie wszystko na miejscu i urządzone z głową;
+ normalna całodobowa recepcja, żadnych durnowatych kodów, do tego klucz do drzwi (a nie jakaś karta, którą łatwo zgubić, a przy wyjściu odłącza prąd i nic nie można zostawić do ładowania);
+ szybkie wi-fi z prostym logowaniem.
- śniadanie obfite i smaczne, ale nic konkretnego wegańskiego, poza ogórkami, pomidorami i owocami (a można do choćby jednej sałatki nie dodać ani kurczaka, ani ryby ani sera…), choć trzeba przyznać, że koktajl mango-kokos przepyszny;
- no i jednak brak windy.
Traditional pensione perfectly located in the centre of the spa village of Polonica-Zdroj. Lovely views from room balcony. Just the right amount of old fashioned charm. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke English. All good.

Bardzo blisko do parku zdrojowego. Super pyszne sniadania. Hotel z duszą. Miejsce ma już ponad 100 lat więc wybierając go wybierasz historię.
Wszystko, hotel z klimatem w świetnym miejscu posciel super biała i pachnąca mnie tylko brakowało windy,ale dałam radę, polecam.

Dostaliśmy pokój znacznie odbiegający od zamawianego (dostaliśmy pokój na poddaszu mimo,że na zdjęciu poglądowym pokój był całkowicie inny i bez żadnych skosów), łóżko skrzypiało przy każdym obrocie przez co nie dało się zasnąć. Mieszkaliśmy na poddaszu więc gołębie o 5 rano nas wybudzały. Bardzo nie polecamy.
