El trato al alojamiento por Tomás el recepcionista muy amable y profesional ,el alojamiento parecía de lujo bien ubicado ,limpio y súper cómodo con todas las necesidades básicas y con limpieza de l apartamento todos los días como en un hotel volveremos seguro .

Excelente atención al cliente El hombre que nos recibió muy muy amable, nos explicó la zona , puntos turísticos y bares con buena comida y ambiente. Apartamento muy completo y moderno . Tiene parking que es muy importante para la zona . Piscina y jardín muy bonitos , después de caminar mucho por Lisboa es un lujo.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer großzügigen Wohnung!
Pros:

Super Lage, geräumige Wohnung und toller Blick auf Lissabon. Wir haben angenehme Tage dort verbracht. Praktisch sind die zwei Schlafzimmer und die Weitläufigkeit der Wohnung

Cons:

Wenig Küchengeräte. Kaputte Liegen am Pool, die einfach entfernt werden sollten. Dann sähe es netter und gepflegter aus.

Pros:

Staff very nice, polite and forthcoming. Very clean pool and refreshing, area was quiet at night but still central in the city to reach your destination. Daily cleaning.

Cons:

Internet very slow and weak - not the end of the world of course. Landlord informed ahead of arrival however refused to improve the issue or show a gesture of goodwill for the loss of service ("Cancel if you don't like it"). That was very disappointing and shows a lack of customer-focus and is the main critique. Some other details could be improved (gym equipment condition, sunbathing chairs broken) but this is the key reason for the low score.

Pros:

Location was perfect. The room was exceptional with everything you could need and a terrace. Very quiet at night. Pool was great and the garden with view of cafes below was lovely. Tomas was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Alojamiento céntrico y bonito, muy cómodo para hacer turismo. La piscina es un lujo para refrescarse por las tardes. La chica de recepción ha sido un encanto, nos trato super bien. El apartamento cuenta con todo y es comodisimo. Sin dudas volvería!

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, appartement lumineux moderne et propre. Nous étions au 3eme étage et la vue est magnifique! La piscine et la salle de sport sont un plus non négligeable. Le personnel est très sympathique et prêt à rendre service. La communication a été excellente.

Cons:

Un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine seraient appréciables.
