Lugar tranquilo, piscina boa, decoração das áreas comuns de muito bom gosto.

Cons:

Não havia staff presente no hotel.
A área envolvente à piscina precisa de mais cuidado.

o estacionamento é espaçoso, o hotel tem uma decoração impecável, o hotel fica localizado numa zona agradável, até gostei da estadia

Cons:

as juntas do azulejo num estado lastimável, falta de limpeza na casa de banho em geral, a piscina está com azulejo verde, madeiras em redor do jacuzzi todas partidas e levantadas, jantar servido estava com carne muito dura, as espreguiçadeiras cheias de cocó de pássaro.

Pros:

A localização, o hotel em si é bonito e está numa zona muito bonita. O hotel tem potencial para mais, mas mal aproveitado.
Dos empregados, que são apenas 2 (pelo menos durante o tempo que estivemos no hotel) que estão sobrecarregados, cumprem várias tarefas e no entanto são cuidadosos e simpáticos.

Cons:

A má gestão do hotel.
O contacto telefónico dado não é o correcto, não atendem, nem respondem.
Excelentes empregados, mas sobrecarregados.

Pros:

Staff member who checked me in was very pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable. Toilet clean. Reception area smart and gave good first impression. Lounge area smart. Investment had gone into new windows and door locks looked new and secure.

Cons:

Apart from toilet, bathroom filthy. Shower screen had water marks and limescale. Grouting had gone ginger. Shower screen too narrow and Shower head couldn't be adjusted so you step out into a puddle. Wallpaper coming off wall. Didn't use pool as it was green like a fish pond. Area round pool dirty. Gazebos were diy job with planks of wood and screws. Most of the facilities listed i couldn't actually see. Felt as if it was 4 star some time ago and standards have fallen, but not the price.
