Felt very unsafe
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

We didn't have a proper check in or check out because nobody was there. I was told to just enter and take one of the cards on the counter that had the password of the main door AND the password to our room. Anyone could have taken a picture and entered or room during the night. Very not safe.
Besides it calls itself an hotel but its a guesthouse and the place looks nothing like the pictures. Would not recommend.

Lo único bueno la ubicación

Cons:

El edificio está a punto del derrumbe, hay grietas enormes, suelos desnivelados, todo muy antiguo, pero a mal, viejo y desaliñado.

Great view from the balcony, location was great
Pros:

Location was 10/10. We were allowed to check in early. Room had a balcony which was nice

Cons:

We didn’t get 2 single beds as we had booked, got a big double instead
Shower was a bit outdated

La ubicación para conocer oporto es muy buena.

Cons:

No tiene ascensor y el baño a doble altura con un niño de 3 años es una locura. Poco accesible.

kupelna - sprcha tvorila mala uzka vanicka s umelym zavesom a cely priestor kupelna toaleta bo pravdepodobne vytvoreny z balkona 😃.

Pros:

Good location clean sheets comfortable beds

Cons:

Never anyone at reception atall one cleaning lady appeared from time to time.room 203 toilet had the worst sewage/gas smell i have ever experienced can't speak for other rooms but avoid this room at any cost.
