Magical views over the lake in a stunning and well designed suite! Totally worth it.
Pros:

This hotel is a bit further out which was fine with us and only a short taxi ride away from the hustle and bustle.

We had booked the suit with lake view. It was honestly one of our favourite stays as the view is so unique and the room itself was stunning, and spacious. The hotel did a fantastic job planning out and designing the room. It had all we needed.

We arrived by car and were able to park in the car park which was shaded. We stayed with our baby and the staff kindly provided a clean and nice cot. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The views from the balcony were amazing. Especially at sunset the views over the lake with the mountain backdrop were out of this world. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly. We loved our stay here.

Cons:

The swimming pool area is a bit odd. Seems to be in an event space area and there were no loungers or seats. The air con is right on the balcony blowing hot air on you which made it uncomfortably hot to sit out there even when it was cool - unless you turned it off.

Sviitti järvinäköalalla on loistava. Mukava sänky ja hyvin toimiva suihku. Parvekkeelta upea näköala järvelle. Olemme yöpyneet sviitissä jo kolmesti. Kävelymatkan päässä kaksi hyvää illallisravintolaa (so good ja miame seafood). 7-eleven ei ole kovin lähellä, mutta ei haittaa jos on oma kulkuväline käytettävissä

המתקנים בעיקר במקלחת במצב ירוד, אמנם יש נוף לאגם אבל החלונות מלוכלכים בעיקר בחדר האמבטיה.. כל הציוד מאוד בסיסי. ארוחת בוקר סבירה אבל שביקשנו קרח לאמריקנו ביקשו תוספת תשלום..

It's too expensive for Phayao
Pros:

Nice rooms

Cons:

The price is too high. If it was Chiangmai, then the price would ok, but for Phayao, it's too expensive. I've stayed there many times. For regular customers should have a discount card.

Abbiamo dormito una notte perchè di passaggio. Stanza minimal, ma pulita e con tutto il necessario. Ottimo il ristorante in terrazza sia per la qualità del cibo sia per la vista sul lago

Camera un pò piccola e colazione un pò scarsa per la parte dei dolci
