Garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Quiet location and lovely view from room into the garden. Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.
Pool is more to just sit and relax in, too small for a real swim.
Very good hotel, located in a safe neighborhood with a big garden. Clean, quiet, comfortable, very friendly and smiling staff, good full breakfast. Perfect stop over on the way to the falls.
Nice, clean, and a good breakfast.
Staff let party people go until very late
A beautiful property with plenty of flowers and safe parking space. Friendly staff. and nice decor everywhere. Small pets are accepted. The pool is not big but good to have. The breakfast is good (egg to order, fruits, yogurts, cereals), but nothing fancy.
We had to unplug the fridge, which was excessively noisy - this resulted in a lot of water the next morning. The pillows were not very comfortable and the bathroom was minuscule, no space for our toilet kit.
comfortable and super friendly staff
Clean and comfortable hotel in a nice area of Ciudad del Este. Staff was super friendly. Private parking is included on site. A Padel court is located just next to the hotel and we booked a slot on very short notice.
The bathroom was a bit small and not in the best shape.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent A/C. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very kind and helped arrange a taxi across the border to Brazil (including waiting for us at both immigration points). A few good restaurants in walking distance.
Beautiful spacious garden and green lawn. The green lawn is clean and well-trimmed that I can do exercise on it. Wonderful and luxurious breakfast buffet.
Far from city center and attractions, no local bus to get around.
Magnificently interesting interior, I enjoyed looking at the objects and pictures/paintings carefully placed along the corridor to the rooms and downstairs in the lounge area leading onto the patio. Checking-in was pleasant and warmly welcomed by the beautiful senora and senoritas ~ the hospitality was personable, nothing was too much to ask. The hotel’s own artisanal cerveza made with guava hops is a must try! So nicely chilled and served in an ice bucket ~ sitting down in the garden, listening to the birds while chilling was heavenly ~ a tranquil environment.
Breakfast had everything I needed to start my day, although the scrambled eggs was a little dry and hard, I lived! (and forgive).
I thought I'd made the wrong decision basing myself in Paraguay, knowing I still had some sights to see in Foz. However I am a plant lover and the gardens here are fantastic, so many beautiful, colourful and mature specimens. Great to have a relaxing few days amongst the lushness. The staff are equally lovely and were patient with my lack of spanish. Nice room and bathroom: loved the sunshine coming in first thing in the morning. Set in a plush neighbourhood with the Polka restaurant round the corner which I recommend for lunch and dinner; great food, great service.
Back and forth crossing the border into Brazil was a bit time consuming and a headache.
