A comfortable and clean hotel, but the poor service significantly affected our stay.

Unfortunately, the staff and level of service were disappointing and did not meet the standard expected from a Hyatt Regency hotel. The facilities were average, and the location was not particularly convenient. Considering the overall experience, we did not feel that the hotel offered good value for money.

EXELLECNT EXPIRANCE ! Highly recomended!
Pros:

All of it, for the moment we entered the hotel, the lovely lady at the reception accommodated my request without hesitation!!!! Love it!!! Rooms were spacious, very clean, and the staff was super helpful everywhere. The gym is big and has a lot of equipment also.

Perfect for a short stop over in Doha, close to the airport so traffic James will not affecting you. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable.

Super Hôtel ! Allez-y les yeux fermés
Pros:

Dès notre accueil à la réception, ,nous avons été bine pris en charge. La préposée nous a tout bien expliqué. Les chambres sont IMMENSES, propre, de très haute qualité. Tout le confort y est. Nous avons eu accès à la piscine et avons pris l'option pdj qui était hyper fourni et très qualitatif.

Cons:

je n'ai aucun commentaire dépréciatif à faire, car tout était parfait.

All re-done - close to the airport
Pros:

The staff was great, especially the driver that took us to the airport.

Cons:

The bathroom was flooded after having a shower. We didn’t have body wash, but the staff took it to us after asking for it.
