Great facilities good location
Pros:

The location was great and the facilities within the hotel. Generally, the staff were friendly. Especially the spa team. The breakfast team were very busy, things were going like clockwork

The breakfast team can be more interactive. Overall, the hotel was really good.

اعجبني طاقم الموظفين من رجال الأمن الى باقي الموظفين وخاصة الأستاذ عمر الأردني مدير الاستقبال قمة في التواضع والأخلاق ماشاء الله عليه .. لم يألو جهدا في مساعدتنا
الغرفه كانت مريحة جدا ومناسبة والفندق جميل يوجد بالأسفل مواقف كبيرة جدا ماشاءالله تبارك الله.

الذي لم يعجبني هو أنني كنت حاجز غرفه مع الفطور و العشاء
بالنسبة للعشاء عندما ذهبنا للمطعم في البوفيه المفتوح بتلدور الأول وجدنا موظفة الاستقبال من الجنسية الاسيويه تطلب منا دفع مبلغ 150 ريال تقريبا للشخص.. وافهمناها بأن الحجز شامل الفطور والعشاء لكن دون جدوى..وبعد ماتكلمنا مع موظفي الاستقبال حولنا على مطعم النافوره الموجود بالفندق للطلب بالمنيو لكن للأمانه الطلب كان عباره عن طبقين مشويات وكانت لذيذه جدا..
وأيضا حصلت معنا نفس المشكله في الفطور صباح اليوم الثاني حيث كان مطعم البوفيه مغلق وتم تحويلنا الى مطعم فرنسي بنفس الفندق وضاقت صدورنا حينما لم نشاهد سوى شخص واحد جالس يفطر أين سكان الفندق؟؟؟،
وضاقت صدورنا أيضا حينما شاهدنا الأصناف قليله جدا جدا مقارنة بموقع الفطور الرسمي للفندق. بالدور الأول .. وأما باقي الأشياء جميله. شكرا لكم.
