Unzuverlässiger Aufenthalt mit fehlender Erreichbarkeit des Anbieters - erhebliche Probleme

Am So., 5. Apr. 2026 um 19:54 Uhr habe ich die Buchung vorgenommen. Laut Angabe war der Check-in zwischen 15:00 und 00:00 Uhr möglich. Danach habe ich jedoch keine weitere Nachricht mit dem Zugangscode erhalten. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar – weder über WhatsApp noch per Anruf, selbst bis 1:00 Uhr nachts nicht.

Wir standen schließlich nachts um 0:00 Uhr in Arad mit zwei Kindern im Auto, ohne dass jemand von Miky erreichbar war. Zum Glück konnte ich kurzfristig ein Hotel mit Rezeption finden und gegen 1:00 Uhr eine neue Buchung vornehmen.

Hotel Micky ist aus meiner Sicht unseriös und unzuverlässig – ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Foarte bun hotelul. Recomand cu incredere. Multumesc!
Pros:

Hotelul are o parcare mare, camerele sunt curate, micul dejun foarte bun. Amplasarea este perfecta pentru cei care tranziteaza. Este hotelul la care ma cazez de fiecare data cand vin din Germania sau cand plec spre Germania.
